The route to the beach passes through a pedestrian area with supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. The complex is securely gated, has a swimming and paddling pool, with well tended gardens and water features. Car parking is available on site.
This ground floor corner plot apartment has its own front gate leading to a tiled patio area, ideal for outdoor dining. The apartment is furnished and equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

An archway leads from the living area into a small hallway giving access to 2 bedrooms and the bathroom.
Front bedroom: double bed, fitted wardrobes with drawer space
Back bedroom: 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes with drawer space
Bathroom: shower over the bath, WC and vanity unit
A/C units are situated in the living area and main bedroom. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

A deposit of £50 for each week booked is required to confirm your booking. Full payment becomes due 6 weeks before departure. Prices fully inclusive of all linen & towels (NOT beach towels), electricity, air conditioning/heating, pre-arrival cleaning. A welcome pack is available if required, at additional cost. Change over day is flexible to take advantage of mid week cheaper flights (depending on how booking diary is effected).

There is a minimum booking of 3 nights. LONG TERM LETS OF OVER 1 MONTH AVAILABLE. Please contact to discuss prices.
Full payment is due immediately for late availability bookings (i.e. within 6 weeks of departure). There is a minimum booking of 3 nights.
Conditions
£100 refundable damage/excess clean/loss of keys bond is also required with final payment, which will be repaid within 2 weeks subject to a final local inspection and return of keys.

The Costa Calida region


This part of Spain comes with our own personal recommendation since this area is now our permanent home. Not only does it have the Mediterranean along its coastline, it also benefits from having an “inner” sea, the Mar Menor. There are miles of sandy beaches, dramatic cliffs and coves, offering places to relax or spend your energy. However, the region is not only for beach lovers and water sport enthusiasts, in addition to the city of Murcia, there are many towns in the region worthy of a visit to learn of their history and traditions. Exploring the area will reveal a varied landscape for walking, cycling, canoeing and caving. Altogether too much for a brief summary – come and find out for yourself. We are building up a selection of tourist information to help you.
The Los Alcazares / Albatros area
Los Alcazares is located on the shores of the Mar Menor. The promenade is ideal for a stroll to view the whole of this “inner” sea and 2 of its 5 islands. There are sandy beaches along its full length and plenty of beach bars and cafes, some of which are open all year round. At the southern end of the promenade there is a military base and at its northern end a nature reserve. There are weekly street markets and a variety of shops dotted around the streets of the “old” town. Several times a year you can join the people of the town as they celebrate religious, national and local events. Explore the town for yourself with the help of our tourist information. Walking or cycling is so easy because the area is “on the flat”.

The apartment is only a 10 minute drive from Murcia Airport (San Javier – airport code MJV).
We can offer a FREE transfer service, for up to 4 persons from the airport to the apartment and return. If you prefer, you can make your own car hire arrangements by pre-booking for pick up on arrival at the airport.

From the moment we contacted Alan and Joan, the service was first class, nothing seemed to be a problem to them, even the transfers to and from the airport were free!! The apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean, very well equipped and has every comfort you could think of, including fantastic sunbeds for use at the pool. We really appreciated the deatiled information folder with everything from restaurant reviews to bus timetables and instruction manuals for equipment within the apartment The provisions that were left were very much appreciated and we felt at home as soon as we got unpacked!! As far as location goes, a short stroll sees you in the Plaza where you will find a fantastic supermarket and a great range of restaurants, with something to suit everyone!! We hope to visit this apartment again soon and wish to thank Joan and Alan for a fabulous holiday. |
