An amazing house with the prefect location. Spread over three floors, all rooms are very spacious with each room having its own balcony with table and chairs.
The house has its own large private garden and terrace at the front of the house with plants and space for children to play in safety - in fact the house is part of a small community complex that is totally secure with the pool area completely private from anyone other than the 40 houses that share it.
You can see the sea from the house and walk to the beach. FYI Roda Golf etc are not near the beach - you have to drive!

"We were very impressed with how clean, spacious and well appointed the house was - such a central location as the advert says it really is in the best part of the town close to all the shops, bars, restaurants and beach. We also enjoyed the great gas bbq and evenings on the private patio (beer fridge was a winner for the guys). The children were delighted with the wonderful beach and pool and the grounds of the house were very private and secure. A real home from home-we will return again!!"
"An ideal location for a quiet family stay. Charming house with all imaginable facilities you will ever need..air-con was most welcome as it was very hot during our stay(mid August),well stocked kitchen,laundry room etc..it really was a home from home! Communal pool was clean and very popular with our 2 children!.. set in well maintained gardens within a gated community for security. The property is very close to all bars&restaurants to suit all budgets and easily within reach of the excellent beaches. We did not hire a car..no point,everything you need is right on your doorstep,unless you intend visiting other towns/cities/points of interest. We were well looked after by the owners agent who even collected &dro pped us from the airport,even the neighbours were welcoming&friendly! Los Alcazares is the perfect choice for a lazy-chilled out holiday in the sun in a genuine Spanish town without feeling touristy and tacky like some Spanish costas tend to be. We all returned to the UK rested&refreshed- would definitely go back again..hopefully soon :) "
