The apartment is within 5 minutes drive of the town of Los Alcazares, where there are many shops, bars and restaurants. Nearest beach is 1.5 km from the resort. 2 adult bicycles available for use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all facilities including fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave.
The living area is tastefully furnished with dining for 6 people and a soft seating area. There is a TV with British and European channels, German satellite stations and a DVD player.
The balcony and rooftop solarium are ideal for relaxation and al fresco dining with table and chairs, sun loungers, a pergola and George Foreman grill.

Wireless broadband is accessible in the Club House. A comprehensive information pack with details of golf courses, restaurants, shops, sight-seeing, etc is provided.
The balcony and rooftop terrace provide stunning settings for al fresco dining and socialising.
There is a fully-stocked supermarket on site, providing a full range of national and international papers. Other, larger supermarkets are in nearby Los Alcazares offering a large selection of fresh fish, meats, breads and local specialities. Don't forget to visit the weekly local markets in Los Alcazares, Los Narejos and surrounding towns.
There are a number of play areas around the resort and sports facilities, such as tennis courts on site.

The Costa Calida region is famous for the Mar Menor, the largest inland sea lagoon separated from the Mediterranean Sea by the La Manga strip. The area enjoys an average 320 days of sunshine per year. It is widely recognised as the healthiest part of Spain, due to the chemical composition of the Mar Menor which is said to be therapeutic and to alleviate such ailments as arthritis, rheumatic pain and other muscular and joint problems. The Mar Menor is ideal for all types of watersports.
Roda Golf Resort is a short drive from the beautiful capital city of Murcia with its restaurants, bars, shops and historic sites. Also nearby is Cartagena, with a wealth of historic and beautiful sites, such as the Roman amphitheatre. Torrevieja and Alicante are also within easy reach. There are numerous large shopping malls in the area.
The Los Alcazares / Roda Golf area
Los Alcazares is a bustling resort with a huge array of shops, cafés and restaurants, local markets and a palm lined promenade running alongside the beach.
On the Mar Menor is the exclusive Roda Golf Beach Club with a wide range of activities, including watersports, solaria, restaurant/bar and private beach. Access is via a local ferry or by car.
Roda Golf is a superb 18-hole par 72 golf course. The Club House is in a stunning location and serves high quality food and drinks, including local specialities. Roda Golf is the base for the European PGA Academy.
