About the home

Casa Marie is located in a residential area, quiet and peaceful, yet only 8 minutes from the beach. There are several bars and restaurants just 2 minutes from the villa but it also has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out - all within 10 minutes walk.


The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children and grip bar to ensure safe entrance to the pool. The villa is furnished to a high standard and includes a spacious terrace over looking the pool which is furnished with table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom and one quadruple bedroom the villa is ideal for families and friends wishing to share the accommodation. It has 3 bathrooms, 2 of which have a bath with shower over.

Local water school activities available - windsurfing and new English speaking sailing school. It is also possible to take your boat licence in the area, if you are interested in this, please let us know.
5 km paved promenade - excellent for walkers/runners/bikers. The garden also has a 3 seater swing chair. The lounge tv/stereo system also has an ipod docking unit. There are many videos available at the villa along with books, games (adult and children's) and many children's toys inthe play area.

Use of the table tennis table and bats is available upon request. There are usually many "floaties" and pool toys available for use but these are not guaranteed. Please request them and we will try to ensure they are available

The pool can be heated upon request during winter months.

Further details

Smoking is permitted outside of the villa on the terraces and in the gardens but always with due care. Any damage caused by smoking anywhere on the property must be paid for.

Conditions

Short term breaks possible - please enquire. The normal booking days are Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. We are open to requests of arrival days being different from this (depending on availability)

The Costa Calida region

Los Alcazares boasts an average of around 325 days of sunshine per year. The sandy beaches of the Mar Menor are edged with a beautifully paved promenade where you can take the view across the bay to La Manga. Murcia holds many historic attractions whilst Torrevieja has more touristy attractions such as water parks!

The Los Alcazares / Pueblo Patricia area

Los Alcazares is near to Murcia (30 minutes by car) and Cartagena (15 minutes by car) There are many golf courses within 2 miles of the property and Murcia San Javier airport is only 5 minutes away. Los Alcazares has a beautiful old town with fabulous restaurants and bars. The property is ideally located between the old and the new town, you can walk to either within 10 minutes.
