About the home

Casa Rosa is a luxurious two bedroom two bathroom apartment on the prestigeous 5 Star Roda Golf & Beach Resort that plays host to a magnificent 18 hole par 72 golf coarse.

The property has two terraces, the main terrace is larger than most on roda and benefits from the sun for most of the day it also looks down onto one of the two communal pools.

The second terrace faces west which hosts a table and chairs, It is the ideal place at the end of the day to put your feet up, maybe read a good book, have a drink or two !! and generally relax as the sun goes down.

Casa Rosa is not only ideal for the golfing community but also is an absolute must for all the family as the georgeous beaches of Santiago and Los Alcazares are only 5 mins away.

Roda Golf has its own private beach club.

The spacious and Airy master bedroom tastefuly furnished to provide a relaxing atmostphere has its own en-suite & sunny balcony.

The second bedroom has its own balcony it faces west hosting table and chairs, an ideal place at the end of the day to chill and watch the magical Ma Menor sun set.

The large kitchen is fully fitted with everthing to meet your needs.

Casa Rosa provides private underground parking with 24 hr security.

On Roda Golf & Beach Resort there is an 18 hole 72 Par championship golf coarse & renting Casa Rosa will provide you with a 20% DISCOUNT on golf fees,

Also a 10% DISCOUNT in the brand new club house that hosts an excellent menu.

The Costa Calida region

The Costa Calida region is a must for sun lovers as it enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine a year, It is located South of Costa Blanca & north of almeria in the province of Murcia.

There are several beaches in the area that host bars, restaurants & nightlife. water sports are available including- jet skiing,boating ,wind surfing but to name but a few,

There is fishing from the beach & boats that can be arranged.

For land lovers there are nature walks, horse riding, go carting, quad adventures & biking, not to mention at the very least 10 magnificent Golf coarses all within a 5 mile radius.

The historic city of Murcia with its cathedral is 30 mins drive from Roda Golf , And for shoppers you must pay a visit . For the kids why not try a day at the Terra Natura animal park or maybe the aqua park.

The Los Alcazares / Roda Golf area

Los Alcazares is actually part of the Ma Menor thus offering several sandy beaches & beautifully clear water.

Throughout the year Los Alcazares is buzzing with life with its seafood restaurants,bars and cafe's.

There is water skiing for the more active of us available at Los Acazares beach.

There are several local markets such as De La Ribera , San Pedro, Santiago, offering fresh frute & veg also clothing & jewellery at bargain prices along with a supermarket that opens 7 days a week till late which is located a few mins walk from Casa Rosa.

Roda Golf Beach Resort is only minutes drive from San Javier (Murcia Airport).

Budget airlines flying to this destination are : Monarch, Easyjet, Ryan Air, Jet Two, Flybe.

Alternatively you can use Alicante which is approx 50 mins by motorway.

El Valle, La Torre, Ma Menor, Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resorts are also within 10 to 15 minutes drive away from Roda Golf Beach Resort.

The city of Murcia is approx 25 km..

“Fab 5 star apartment!!” I travelled to Casa Rosa with my boyfriend in July. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip, the golf resort is beautiful, a local shop on site (very handy). The apartment is spotless cannot fault it, local t.v, two balcony's. I like the fact there is a full kitchen so I could cook and eat in, as the local supermarket is 5 mins away. The two pools are very spacious and its an area you can relax too. The beach is not a far distance away with water sports, the reception staff are very helpful and can order taxis that come within minutes!, costing only a few euros. The night light life is good and again a short journey away, many restaurants on the local square that can accommodate different tastes. Cant wait to go back!! Just thought I’d drop you a line to say a big thank you from the Hampson family, for a wonderful week’s break in Casa Rosa.

The apartment was comfortable and clean and the Roda Golf Complex was well maintained and secure.

It was our young grandson’s first real holiday and we couldn’t get him out of the pool until about 20 minutes before our collection for the short drive back to the airport!

I’d like to also compliment you on your choice of management in the resort.

Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable and organised and always on hand when needed.

I’m sure Kevin will confirm that we left the apartment almost as neatly as we’d found it.
