The waters of the Mar Menor are renowned for their healing properties and the water temperature is warm enough to swim even in early Spring!
Roda has recently become a PGA Academy and lessons are now available for children as well as adults. The course is becoming increasing popular with both professionals and amateurs alike. It has hosted many tournaments including a round of the PGA Championships, with competing golfers from all over Europe, and the Spanish Junior Open. In addition, the driving range and practice putting green are both proving to be great attractions. Guests of the apartment benefit from 40 % discounts on green fees!

Further details indoors: A mini-market has now opened on site , to purchase all the basic requirements without having to go off site. Furthermore the brand new tennis court has opened, floodlit, alongside two paddle tennis courts with glass walls. The golf course itself has now matured and is truly stunning , and the surrounding area now boasts some great restaurants, not to mention the new Club House itself .
At the time of writing it is great to use the free wi-fi facility, and sit with your tapas and glass of wine for THREE Euros :-)
Further details outdoors: The patio is south facing and ideal for breakfast and alfresco dining. The patio has stairs leading to a large and private solarium, which benefits from the sunshine all day. There are sun loungers and two dining areas (solarium and balcony) for 6 people, making it a perfect relaxation and entertainment area. The solarium and patio looks directly over the swimming pool
The brand new Clubhouse, which opened on 1st May 2008, contains a fantastic restaurant, both al fresco and inside, bar, changing rooms, sauna ,showers and pro shop.
Newly opened floodlit tennis court and glass backed paddle tennis available on site, excellent new facility.
The restaurant serves good food, with discounts for guests, with cheaper but excellent quality tapas and snacks available in the bar.
The building has a modern design and its comfortable surroundings will make sure it becomes a second home for visitors, and a place where people can meet, relax and enjoy themselves… whether you play golf or not.
This property is non smoking but is allowed on the solarium.

An optional welcome pack which consists of a late night supper (pizzas, bottle of red and white wine, beers and a basic breakfast, cereals , bread to toast, butter etc) , etc are provided for 25 Euros... let us know if you DON'T require this.
No need to worry about shopping for those smaller ancillary items such as fairy liquid and dishwasher tablets, tea and coffee, as these too are also provided, but this time with our compliments :-)
