About the home

Ideal, south facing, 4 double bedroomed holiday home for both families and golfers alike. A family can have a fantastic time here. The pool couldn't be closer being only a few meters away from the front door and can be look directly into from the terrace. This is great for the adults to sun bathe on, and also to keep an eye and ear on what the kids are up to at the same time. It is also handy while preparing the BBQ and preparing to eat Al Fresco.
For golfers there are 7 golf courses within 15 minutes drive, with the closest being Roda Golf which is directly across the road and Serena Golf being on the other side of the town. This house offers an excellent base for a couple of days or a couple of weeks of golfing.
The airport is only 5 minutes drive away with a taxi costing 10 Euros.

There are 2 couches which can both be used as a single bed over and above the bedroom sleeping facilities.
There is a satellite TV system which provides UK TV with loads of DVDs if the TV is not your thing. If the heat is too much a playstation is also avaliable to amuse the kids while sipping a glass of wine on the terrace in the evening.
Travel cot, buggy and highchair available on request at no extra cost.

There are 2 mens and 1 ladies bike and 2 sets of Calloway golf clubs which can be rented at 20 Euros each for the duration of the stay.

The Costa Calida region

Regarded by the World Health Organisation as the healthiest climate in Europe, this region has a reputation for 320 days of sunshine per year. The La Manga strip is a unique location in Europe as it has two seas; on the one side is the Mediterranean while on the other is the Mar Menor, the largest lagoon in Europe. Only here is it possible to see a sunrise and sunset over the sea. The Los Alcazares / Euro Roda area

Los Alcazares is a traditional Spanish town situated on the Mar Menor looking over towards the La Manga strip. Because it is a lagoon, the water in the Mar Menor is not very deep and there are no tides or currents, making it extremely safe for children, and because it is shallower than the sea the temperature of the water is always that little bit warmer. Los Alcazares beach is recognised as being one of the six best beaches in the whole of Spain.

Within easy reach of Los Alcazares there are numerous sporting activities and days out to be enjoyed as well as a good choice of nightlife. These include:

“Truly Fantastic Holiday!!!” Wow!! Had the best holiday in years. Along with my son & his 3 friends there was plenty to do for all.The villa was really great & perfect location for everything. I think the space in the villa really did it for me. The boys loved the pool & also the fact that they were in walking distance to the main square where there was so much for them to see & do.So looking forward to 2012 when hopefully I will spend 2 weeks in "Paulatio"

“Fantastic” Have been to paulatio on 2 occasions now and let me tell you I have never had so much fun. The house is stunning with everything you need and more. It is an excellent location close to the airport and all the amenities you need. it is only a short walk to the main square were you can have fun night. if you want to have a quiet night in the setting at night on the veranda with a barbecue cant be beaten. If you are looking for a family holiday,nights out or even just to relax this place has it all. I promise you will not be disappointed and for sure I will be returning very soon as you cant fault this place. It was very easy to book the house and the letting agent always kept us up to date with our booking. House is spotless and if you do have any issues which I am sure you wont they would be rectified straight away. I hope if you boo this house you have as much fun as we had. Thank you for a great time
