When you decide the bedrooms are well served to ensure a good nights sleep and when you rise a wonderful power shower means that you will be able to start all over again and take full advantage of walks along the beach, or an array of sporting activities.

There are 2 double bedrooms both furnished to a high standard with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and draw storage. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed and one has two single beds. Both rooms benefit from air conditioning/heating. The master bedroom also leads onto its own private terraced area.
It is possible to sleep 6 within the apartment as a sofabed is located in the lounge. The lounge also leads onto the second terraced area where seating is provided. The kitchen also comes fully fitted with all cooking utensils provided to make self catering an easy option.

The apartment is set in a resort that benefits from 24 hour security and underground parking is provided. The complex benefits from a fantastic 20m pool set in lovely landscaped gardens with outdoor shower facilities and a WC also being available. If you don't want to use the pool the beach is just a couple of minutes walk. There is also a newly built wooden promenade that extends along the beach and is perfect for an evening strool. The local amenities of Los Narejos are only a five minute walk away and Los Alcazares are a 10 minute walk away both providing shops, restaurants and bars.
Conditions

The duplex apartment is situated in a quiet area less than 2 minutes walk to the beach with beach bars and restaurants at Los Alcazares all within a 2-15 minute walk . The apartment is set in a resort that benefits from 24 hour security. Internet access is available within a 15 minute walk.
If visiting historic cities is of interest the location offers fantastic opportunities to visit either Murcia or Cartegena both within easy driving reach of the apartment. Cartegena has famous historic Roman sites & magnificent Harbour. Health giving mud baths can be taken at Lo Pagan, just up the coast
The weather in Los Alcazares is mostly warm and sunny all year round and the resort enjoys a fabulous temperate Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild pleasant winters, making it an ideal location for a vacation or for re-location to sunnier climes. The area enjoys 320 days sunshine a year.

Festivals
In the last three days in March Los Alcazares takes on a medieval flavour with a large medieval market and numerous events in recollection of the times of peace following the creation of effective defences against invasions of Barbary pirates during the 15th century.
Throughout the last two weeks in August, the town hosts the international celebration of La Huerta when groups representing market garden areas throughout Spain and other European countries gather to display their folklore, handicrafts and prepare gastronomic feasts from their local produce.
Each October the town puts on a week-long outdoor party featuring live music, shows and spectacular firework displays.
The Los Alcazares / Los Narejos area
This apartment offers the ideal location and facilities for a family holiday with or without children. Days can be spent relaxing by the pool or at the beach followed by an evening stroll along the promenade to the small town of Los Alcazares. There is also an abundance of outdoor activities to hand including any type of water sports, golf, tennis etc. Change overs and length of stay can be flexible depending on the bookings at the time. Pick up can also be arranged from Murcia airport with prior arrangement, local fees apply.

On arriving at Murcia airport, it was only a ten minute taxi ride to the apartment. My first impression of the apartment and complex was very good, it was clean and tidy and the owner had gone to a lot of trouble to have everything in place for a relaxing feel. All the facilities in the apartment were first class. we particularly loved the upstairs balcony which was private and our favourite spot to have our alfresco breakfast in the sun. As an avid kite surfer I would recommend this apartment as the beach is only a two minute walk away and is a meca for kite and windsurfing.
