The property is situated in the popular and much sought after residential area of Pueblo Patricia. It is set in a very small complex called Abril consisting of apartments, townhouses and bungalows. There are two pools in the complex, a kiddies pool and a larger pool for adults and older children. The complex is ideal for families and couples. Pueblo Patricia is very central and is within walking distance of the new plaza are with restaurants, shops and bars and is but a small walk to the beach and the centre of Los Alcazares.

The Costa Calida region
The Mar-Menor (Spain’s best keep secret) is a salt-water lagoon of 128km sq with a sea temperature of 5 degrees above the Mediterranean. The area enjoys an average of 320 days sunshine a year. The mineral-rich water of the Mar Menor is revered for its health-giving properties and is listed by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places on earth. The town still has thermal baths, which have existed since Roman times.
The beaches of Los Narejos and Los Alcazares received the Spanish premier flag for their excellent facilites and the high standard of cleanliness. One of only 13 awarded in the country.
The Los Alcazares / Pueblo Patricia area
Golfers will be delighted that no less than 7 golf courses can be found within a short drive from the town including the world famous La Manga Club 15 mins away. The courses of Roda Beach and Golf Resort and Neuva Ribera are on your doorstep.
Bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets less than 5 mins walk provide drinks, tapas, meals and entertainment within easy access. The area has a very friendly and warm atmosphere and stil remains very Spanish.
