Sleeps 4 comfortably, bedroom 1 has large King size bed with small private balcony overlooking the pool. The stylishly furnished lounge with air conditioning, central heating and electric security grills leads to a large balcony with seating for that all important al fresco dining. There is a flat screen TV with satellite which includes Sky, movies, and also all British TV channels plus a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with water filter, washer dryer and dishwasher. The Costa Calida region

Los Alcazaras is situated in the Murcia region of south-eastern Spain, also known as the Costa Calida. The town sits on the western shore of the Mar Menor, a saltwater lagoon separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a 22 km long strip of land called La Manga. The area enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine each year. The fertile countryside (La Huerta) inland supplies the local markets with fresh produce which is also exported to northern Europe.

15 km to the southwest lies Cartagena, a delightful Roman port city which has recently been revitalized. Explore the historic sites and of course the vast array of shops, restaurants and bars.

80 km to the north you have the more cosmopolitan city of Alicante where you will find a greater number of shops, clubs, bars and restaurants. Here you will find a second large international airport.

The Los Alcazares / Roda Golf area

Take a cycle ride around the local area or if you prefer to be a little more energetic enjoy the vast array of watersports on the Mar Menor, water skiing, sailing, windsurfing, jet skis, handgliding, diving and snorking. If it is relaxation you are after look no further sit overlooking the golf course with a glass of wine or take a gentle boat ride over to La Manga where you will find the private beach resort with its own pool, bar and restaurant.
