Furnished tastefully , this apartment sleeps up to 4 persons with a private balcony. The complex offers the facility of a large communal pool for the sole use of residents and guests. The spacious open plan Lounge is furnished with 2 comfortable settees and sideboard. A TV stand houses TV & Satalite and DVD Player. 2 Ceiling fans keep the room refreshed for those who prefer not to use the Air Con.
The open plan Kitchen / Dinner has all the necessary requirements for a comfortable stay including Table & Chairs for 4. A Door leading from the Kitchen takes you to the well maintained, Landscaped Gardens and pool area.
Both Bedrooms have built in Wardrobes, ceiling fans, side cabinets, side lamps and heaters for the colder months. The Masher Bedroom has its own en-suit with full sized Bath, toilet, hand basin with vanity unit. The Shower room is fitted with a fully tiled ample shower, toilet, hand basin with vanity unit. .

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
Although the Costa Calida is relatively unknown there´s lots to see and do. With more than 315 sunny days a year the region is the perfect destination for people who love sunbathing. The winters are mild, with minimum temperatures of 17 degrees cecius. Besides sunbathing on one of the many sandy beaches, you can also sail, scuba-dive, or practice other watersports or even try one of the healing mudbaths. In addition the area is full of culture if you just take a visit to the ancient cities of Murcia Town and Cartegena.
Los Alcazares / Pueblo Patricia area
Los Alcazares is located 10 mins drive from Murcia Airport (San Javier) and 45 mins from Alicante Airport. Numerous low cost airlines fly into the region from all over the UK & Ireland. Although a car is not essetial, it is recommended for expoloring the surrounding areas, local cities and places of interest.
There are several supermarkets and banks all within walking distance. Local restaurants offer a variety of food, from typically Spanish to Asian, Chinese and India, together with several English restauants. The fertile countryside keeps the local markets well stocked with bundles of fresh produce, which takes place on Tuesday and Saturdays.

With the nearest Airport of Murcia (San Javier) only 7 mins drive and Alicante Airport only 45 mins drive to the north, makes this an ideal place for that short break, or Golfing weekend. Conditions
A 25% non returnable deposit is required when booking. The Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable deposit, payable upon arrival, of £150 is required as bond for breakages/damages or loss of keys.
