Although the Costa Calida is relatively unknown there´s lots to see and do. With more than 315 sunny days a year the region is the perfect destination for people who love sunbathing. The winters are mild, with minimum temperatures of 17 degrees cecius. Besides sunbathing on one of the many sandy beaches, you can also sail, scuba-dive, or practice other watersports or even try one of the healing mudbaths. In addition the area is full of culture if you just take a visit to the ancient cities of Murcia Town and Cartegena.
The Los Alcazares / Pueblo Patricia area
Los Alcazares is located 10 mins drive from Murcia Airport (San Javier) and 50 mins from Alicante Airport. Numerous low cost airlines fly into the region from all over the UK & Ireland. Although a car is not essectial, it is recommended for expoloring the surround areas, local cities and places of interest.
There are several supermarkets and banks all within walking distance. Local restaurants offer a good variety of food, from typically Spanish to Asian, Chinese and India, together with several English restauants. The fertile countryside keeps the local markets well stocked with bundles of fresh produce, which take place on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

My family and I were met by Deborah at the airport and taken to the lovely, clean, and VERY well maintained apartment. Deborah then took time to explain how everything worked and where all the local amenities were. We have stayed on this complex before and this apartment was by far the best. We had a great time using the three, clean, swimming pools on-site and the sun beds were very much enjoyed by my wife! Deborah was extremely helpful during our stay and we look forward to returning to this apartment again. |

Cant fault our stay in Los Alcazares. The apartment and complex were fantastic. Clean, Tidy and very well maintained. The service from Deborah (Sabeli Villas) was excellent. We will definately be returning. |

Lovely apartment, well equipped and maintained, exterior and pool areas are also well maintained, although weather at this time of year is not warm enough to use the pool. The apartment block is located within easy walking distance to the main area for supermarket, restaurants and bars, the beach is about 10 minutes walk. If you like explore surrounding areas a car is probably advisable. |
