Furnished tastefully , the apartment sleeps up to 4 persons with a private roof terrance, safe for young children. The complex offers the facility of 2 communal pools for the sole use of residents and guests. The spacious open plan Lounge is furnished with a low level sideboard housing Satalite TV & Hi Fi unit . Red Leather Sofa gives this a real homely feeling. Sliding double doors lead to a Patio with views of the mountains & overlooking landscaped gardens and pools.
An American Style Kitchen, is fitted with all the necessary utilities for a comfortable stay. An adjoining Dining area contains a sixties style table and 4 chairs.
Both Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, side cabinets, lamps and balconies. The Main Bedroom has a Double bed also leading to balcony. The Twin room is furnished with 2 single beds.
The bathroom has a bath/shower, hand basin, WC, bidet and tiled throughout.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
Although the Costa Calida is relatively unknown there´s lots to see and do. With more than 315 daysof sun per year, the region is the perfect destination for people who love sunbathing. The winters are mild, with minimum temperatures of around 17º. Besides sunbathing on one of the many sandy beaches, you can also sail, scuba-dive, or practice other watersports or even try one of the healing mudbaths. In addition the area is full of culture if you just take a visit to the ancient cities of Murcia Town and Cartegena.
Los Alcazares / Pueblo Patricia area
Los Alcazares is located 10 mins drive from Murcia Airport (San Javier) and 50 mins from Alicante Airport. Numerous low cost airlines fly into the region from all over the UK & Ireland. Although a car is not essectial, it is recommended for expoloring the surround areas, local cities and places of interest.
There are several supermarkets and banks all within walking distance. Local restaurants offer a variety of food, from typically Spanish to Asian, Chinese and India, together with several English restauants. The fertile countryside keeps the local markets well stocked with bundles of fresh produce, which take place on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Further details indoors: The balcony is equipped with patio table and chairs, with single lounger. The solarium has the facility of a storage room, equipped with fridge, patio table and chairs, sun shades & and additional loungers to capture all that sunshine.
Further details outdoors: The complex has recently been gates which is ideal for small children. The 2 communal pools also have children's pools attached, as well as slopes on the adult pools for easy access. Surrounded by well maintained gardens there is plenty of space to relax and play. Showers are also provided.

This is a Non-Smoking apartment. Smoking is permitted on the patio/solarium area of the premises only. Baby Equipment, Bike Hire, Airport Transfers and Welcome packs can be arranged upon request. Arrangements made directly with our English speaking respresentative.
Conditions
A 25% non returnable deposit is required when booking. The Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable deposit, payable upon arrival, of £150 is required as bond for breakages/damages or loss of keys.
