Home description
This Is a beautiful two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment furnished to a very high standard. There is a lovely open plan lounge/dining area that has modern furniture and TV, whilst the kitchen is beautifully fitted with oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and washing machine, etc.
There is a large Master Bedroom, with En-suite bathroom with bath & shower WC and vanity unit and a second large bedroom
There is also a 2nd Bathroom - which has a shower, WC and vanity unit
This really is a lovely apartment, larger than average on this complex with the added benifit of a rare 2nd bathroom; great when all the family come back from the beaches.
In the apartment there are leaflets of things in surrounding areas you may be interested in, menus from some of the restaurants, Golf fees and club/trolleyhire charges. markets on what days and where.
There are Children's parks within minutes for the younger children also water parks within driving distance, (if not hiring a car transport can be organised).

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
Roda is situated in the Murcia region of south eastern part of Spain, also known as the Costa Calida (warm coast) which enjoys an average of 320 days of warm sunshine a year with wonderfully mild winters making the off peak season just as enticing though cheaper. Costa Calida has been dubbed " the new Costa del Golf" boasting at least 10great golf courses within 20 mins drive, 4 at championship standard, the apartment is only 5 mins from the new 18 hole 72 par golf course designed by David Thomas.
If your not a golfer - Costa Calida has so much to offer including Spain’s "best kept secret" the mar menor -a salt water lagoon known for it's Warm Non tidal great well being and healing waters; beautiful sandy beaches and glorious promanade; with a choice of lie & relax soaking up the sunshine or taking part in the numerous watersports dotted around the strip, it is a haven for water sports & wind-surfers - well every kind of sailor. There are several diving, sailing and canoe centres located around the Mar Menor so you are never far from a water sports centre. With it's non tidal waters it is calm and great for families with children. typically spanish not not yet swarmed by tourists! The large town of Alcazares is also only a few minutes drive to try their restaurants, shops and Bars.
Los Alcazares / Roda area
The town of Roda has been specially chosen to house this community as it is set apart from mass tourism, with a traditional way of life. Senorio de Roda is located within the estate of the Urbina family, where their stately home dates back to the XVIII century. The architects have gone to great lengths to create a truly Spanish village experience, through meticulous detail they have achieved a quality you will not be disappointed with.
the area is positively buzzing with activity especially in the summer months when it seems every day is a fiesta in at least one of the local villages. there are weekly street markets held all year round.
The area of Roda provides everything on could wish for and more, with an average of 320 days a year of warm sunshine and a huge variety of sports and leisure facilities, restaurants & shops, it has become so attractive that thousands of visitors decide to make it their permanent home.
How to get there
The local Airport at San Javier (MJV) is only 10 mins drive. Alicante is approx 45min drive. Budget airlines are a great advantage...

Our management team will meet you with keys at the apartment. A transfer service from the airport can be arranged from murcia airport round trip is only 25 euros. Email for costs for Alicante There is a charge of 60euros for cleaning, clean linen towels and bath mats (beach towels NOT included) this must be given to the team on arrival when keys are handed over. £100 bond to be paid and given back after check of apartment.

I spent a week at this apartment with my husband and baby, we had a lovely time and enjoyed the beaches & restaurants; we didn't use the golf course as it's not our game but it did look lovely, we hired a car and visited the whole region of murcia. Price was great aswell so I have booked again for next year- Jayne Covell
