The accommodation is furnished to a high standard with all that you will need for a relaxing, stress free holiday, the apartment has air conditioning and gas central heating. The kitchen is fully equipped and the light airy lounge diner has a luxury suite, including a sofa bed suitable for 1/2 small children, and dining table and chairs.There are terraces off the lounge, kitchen and master bedroom, with comfortable patio furniture and sunbeds where you can relax and enjoy the views.There is a TV, DVD player/Playstation
The apartment has a high level of security with shutters to windows and doors, 24 hour Resort security staff within a gated and fenced complex. and included is a secure underground carpark accessed by lift .
Roda Golf and Beach Resort boasts an 18 hole PGA accredited golf course designed by Dave Thomas and endorsed by Sam Torrence who opened the course in 2006. The club house offers the usual high class catering facilities for residents whether golfers or not. There are at least 7 top class golf courses within a short drive from the complex.
The Resort is only 2 km from the beach at Los Alcazares and the Mar Menor a natural lagoon on the Costa Calida (warm coast). It also has its own Beach Resort , which provides catering facilities, water sports, swimming pool and solariums. The area has nearly 300 days of sunshine each year.
The owner has bycycles and golf clubs h he would be happy to make available for guests to use. Please advise at the time of booking and we will make them available to you for a small charge .

Payment by bank transfer or cheques in sterling or euros.
The Costa Calida region
The Costa Calida lies between the Costa Blanca to the north and Costa Almeria to tha south.The Murcia region enjoys on average of over 300 days of sunshine every year and average temperatures of over 20 degreesC.
The region remains largely unspoilt boasting many superb beaches and beautiful scenery. From the mountains and historic city of Murcia in the north, to the ancient Roman port of Cartegena in the south there are a variety of interesting locations in addition to the usual beach and water sports hot spots available. Soothing mud baths renowned for the relief of the pains of arthritus and rheumatism are to be found at Lo Pagan.
The Mar Manor is the largest salt water lagoon in Europe offering calm and safe waters for bathing and water sports. The La Mata nature reserve is famous for its colony of pink flamingos. There are numerous lively, small resorts and historical towns well worth a visit.
Link all of this to a Region renowned for its food and restaurants a superb motorway network and numerous top class golf courses, you have a recipe for a wonderful holiday break .
The Los Alcazares / Roda Golf area
The Roda development is self sufficient with the magnificent Club House restaurant, sports and shopping facilities on Resort and the wonderful seaside town of Los Alcazares on the doorstep. The Golf Club House offers an excellant cuisine for daytime and evening clientel in superb surroundings overlooking the course.
The private Roda Beach Club is located on the clean waters of the Mar Menor providing a range of cuisine and watersports (opening 2008). Transport is provided from the main resort to the ferry taking you across the Mar Menor .
Reduced rates on the championship golf course plus club, buggy and trolly hire. Golf courses close by include La Manga, Hacienda del Alamo,Torre-Pacheso. Villa Martin etc. etc.
Fast motorway links to the whole of the region and beyond only 1km away.
Los Alcazares and Los Narejos on the Mar Manor (a 5 minute drive and 15 minute walk) have beautiful Blue Flag beaches, palm lined promanades, beach and tapas bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Several supermarkets are within easy reach, together with a variety of shops.
