Situated in a quiet area of Pueblo Patricia the location is excellent for holidays, permanent residence or long term rental and is less than 100 meters from a new supermarket and close to shops, banks, restaurants, 2 other supermarkets and within 5 - 10 minutes walk to a beautiful beach and promenade.

The main bedroom has a double bed with two bedside units, lamps, and built in wardrobes.
The twin bedroom has 2 single beds with bedside table, lamp and built in wardrobes.
Both bedrooms have built in ceiling fans.
The bathroom is fully tiled throughout and fitted with WC, bidet, washbasin and bath with shower.
The open plan kitchen with the latest designed units includes a washing machine, extractor fan, oven, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave with grill, iron and ironing board, cutlery, crockery and pans etc, everything needed for self catering. Smoke alarm fitted.
The spacious open plan lounge/dining room is very tastefully furnished with new furniture, table chairs, coffee table and sideboard with CD player. There is also a TV with English Sports/Movies and bbc, itv channel 4 etc.
Towels/linen are provided and the apartment is cleaned before and after your stay. There is a washing machine in the apartment if you choose to wash the towels/linen during your stay.
Further details outdoors:
Patio doors lead out of the apartment onto the pleasant balcony, which overlooks the pool and views over the mountains. The balcony has a table and chairs and faces south which catches the sun most of the day. The pool is private and for use of the guests in Puerto Marina only.
Conditions
Changeover day negotiable with the owner. Guests can access the apartment from 2pm on the day of arrival and are asked to vacate by 10am on departure day (can be flexible).

Golfers will be delighted that there are at least 7 golf courses in the area catering for all handicap levels, within 20-30 minutes drive and several are of international standard, including Villarmartin and La Manga. Currently 2 new golf courses are under construction on the outskirts of Los Alcazares, which are within a 5 minutes drive away.
The Los Alcazares / Los Narejos area
Los Alcazares is an old fishing town in the region of South Eastern Spain also known as Costa Calida and is on the western shore of the Mar Manor, separated from the Mediterranean sea by a narrow 22 kilometre long strip of land called La Manga, forming a mineral rich water lagoon, renowned for its health giving properties.
A new Marina is now completed with restaurants and bars and you can stroll along the 7 kilometres of coastline which is divided in to 7 beaches all connected with a magnificent promenade lined with palm trees and numerous cafes, restaurants and bars all dotted around the coast.
Weekly street markets are available, ever day in the area, all year round, which offer many bargains and fresh produce from the fertile country side inland, which typically enjoys 320 days of glorious sunshine per year.
Los Alcazares is becoming an increasingly popular resort with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and sports activities and is well worth a visit.
Sea temperatures are 5 deg C above the Mediterranean Sea temperature and with its shallow tide less waters is ideal for safe bathing for families and a wide range of water sport facilities. It is a 10 minute walk from the apartment to the beach.
Los Alcazares is well connected to the recently upgraded Spanish motorway network and Murcia (the regions administrative centre) is around 24 kilometres north west and Cartagena around 27 kilometres south, both old Moorish cities and well worth visiting for their shops, architecture and history. A 40 minute drive north will take you to Elche`s vast shopping complex where you can buy locally made shoes at vastly reduced prices and a 20 minute drive north to Torrevieja is an aqua park.
