Being part of the magnificent Pueblo Patricia Playa II complex guests have the use of the fabulous communal swimming pool which is for the exclusive use by residents. For families with young children there is a paddling pool, and plenty of room to sit and watch them play. The variety of trees provides natural shade for respite from the midday sun.
The safe Mar Menor beach is a five minute stroll away.
The property boasts a comfortable large lounge with a dining area. British satellite television is provided.
There are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. Given that one of the bedrooms and a shower room are on the ground floor this property can also accommodate two guests with difficulty climbing stairs.
A huge solarium, a balcony off the master bedroom, a rear patio and a massive raised front porch provide a variety of outdoor locations for eating, sunbathing or simply relaxing.
Utilise the barbecue to enjoy your meals al fresco and make meal times a social event lasting long into the warm, balmy evenings.

Conditions
Altough ther are 3 steps up to the house there is a downstairs bedroom and shower room for people difficulty with stairs. we will offer good rates for people wanting long term rentals from Novemebr through to May.3 weeks for the price of 2 for any holidays between november to april excluding christmas and easter.
The Costa Calida region


The Mar Menor is only 7 metres deep at its deepest point, and its average water temperature in the summer is a warm 25°C, making it a paradise for bathers and water sports enthusiasts. The sandy beach slopes so gently into the sea that it provides exceptionally safe bathing for children and adults alike. There are several play areas for children both on the beach and on the promenade. The 7 km of beach is split into 7 sections some of which have received the accolade of the Blue Flag. The mineral rich water of the Mar Menor is revered for its health giving properties and the town still has thermal baths which have existed since Roman times.
The Costa Calida boasts three nature reserves. There are the salt flat lakes of the regional park of San Pedro, the coastal Calblanque Regional Park and the Marine Reserve of the Hormigas Isles which is renowned for its diving. Cartagena is an ancient port which is just 20km from Los Alcazares. This beautiful city predates the Roman period and boasts the ruins of a Roman theatre, six museums, a wonderful harbour front and a wealth of bars and shops.
The Los Alcazares area
Los Alcazares is situated along one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline Spain has to offer. Not only is the once small fishing village a typically picturesque Spanish settlement but it is filled with bars and restaurants giving a plethora of choice for every taste.
The 73km of coastline of the Mar Menor are the location of tranquil villages, and the waters, which are rich in salt and iodine, which make this area the best for helping to cure some infections and rheumatic disorders.
The town's beaches have consistently achieved the EC blue flag status year after year. The town was the first in the region to achieve the coveted Q certification for quality of beaches, and along with the beaches, the town's Tourist information facilitites have earned the town an additional Q certificate making Los Alcazares the only municipality in Spain with three of these nationally awarded cartificates.
The pedestrianised town centre provides shopping and plenty of eateries. In the height of summer this is a centre of great activity and atmosphere both day and night.
Just two minutes walk from Casa Pueblo Patricia is the Balneario pedestrianised commercial centre which includes the Mercadona supermarket, a variety of restaurants and cafe bars as well as numerous shops.
Los Alcazares By Night The warm, balmy evenings provide carefree and relaxed entertainment. Whether you simply sit on the solarium or terrace of the accommodation, or wander along the beach front on the way to dinner, the feeling of well being will surround you. Take a while to listen to the waters of the Mar Menor as they gently lap against the shore and let the sea air fill your lungs as you stroll along the promenade.
