Our privately owned semi-detached town house is by the beautiful Mar Menor in a garden complex in the midst of open countryside and only five minutes walk from the sea. Completed in March 2002 the house is very light and airy and has a roof top solarium and shares two very large pools in a garden environment, with trees and a grassed area.Very near the home you will find several weekly markets and two of the largest shopping and leisure centres in the country with many cinemas, bars, restaurants and all kinds of shops. Try the new shopping complex in Murcia with over 200 outlets - a MUST for shoppers! As everyone knows the Mar Menor is a paradise for sunbathing and water sports which, due to the special climate of this area, can be enjoyed all year round. Free brochure is available.

There is availability to two very large pools surrounded by grass and palm trees and kept peacefully under control.
There are rules which are supplied with booking to facilitate an enjoyable environment for all. There are loungers on the sun roof and table and chairs on the front patio, most time is spent out doors!-
You can just relax or enjoy water sports, visit the marina, walk or cycle, go horse riding, swim or lounge in one of the lovely waterside tapas bars, soaking up the sun (On average 320 days a year). It is only a couple of minutes to the local square where many restaurants are situated and bars along with cycle hire and a lovely central cafe outside the local Mercadona supermarket. The lovely beach and promenade are six or seven minutes walk away with beachside cafes and restaurants as most people "eat out" most of the time.
We prefer Saturday to Saturday bookings but will accommodate personal request where possible. The minimum booking period is a week and the property is cleaned and looked after by an English couple who are extremely particular with the cleaning. We also include a welcome pack with enough essentials to get you going!

The Costa Calida region
Los Alcazares is one of the most popular of Murcia's coastal resorts as it faces the calm, warm waters of the Mar Menor. It boasts some fabulous sandy beaches and a warm pleasant climate and is surrounded by some of the finest golfing resorts in the region.
The beach is clean and safe for children and is backed by a delightful promenade with a number of bars and restaurants.
The shallow sea remains warm long into the Autumn and still makes an enjoyable, refreshing break at that time.
The Los Alcazares area
Los Alcazares benefits from a splendid climate with warm dry summers and mild winters enjoying, on average, 320 days of sunshine a year.
The land around is flat and so ideal for walking, cycling and exploring the landscape which is punctuated by palm trees, the ideal holiday location!
There are plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes in the area that are perfect to go to to try the ;local cuisine and experience the lively Spanish culture.

From Alicante Airport
From the car park exit take the right hand lane towards N332. Take 2nd right hand turn and follow the road down. You will join a main road heading towards Alicante. Take the turn off marked N332 Torrevieja and Santa Pola. Continue this road down.
Go Past:- Santa Pola Guardamar Torrevieja La Zenia
Pilar de la Horadada
About 15 minutes past Pilar de la Horadada you will get to Los Alcazares. Take the signpost indicating: Aeropuerto, Los Narejos, Los Alcazares.
When you come to the roundabout, you will have Urb. Oasis Development ahead of you and the Deutsche Bank. Take the exit marked Los Alcazares to the right. Follow the road down past the turn off marked Roda. At the next set of traffic lights you should have the El Patio ?? Restaurant on your right and the Mercadona Supermarket on your left. Ahead of you should be a large corner glass building marked Euromarina. Take a right here, follow the road straight up past 3 roads on the right. Number 104 is the end of block villa on the right hand side.
From Murcia Airport
At the exit to the airport, go straight ahead at the roundabout and follow the signs for Cartegena and Los Alcazares, this will take you to the motorway, take the exit marked Los Alcazares Norte (north). When you come to the roundabout your will have Urb Oasis ahead of you and the Deutsche bank. Take the exit marked Los Alcazares to the right, continue to the new roundabout where the Mercadona supermarket is on your left and a large glass corner building with a Euro Marina sign on your right. Take a right at the side of the Euro Marina building and you are in the road leading to the house. A few hundred yards along on the right hand side you will find your destination!
