*30% of the booking fee is required as a non-refundable deposit when bookings are made with payment of the balance being made no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date.

*A £100 security deposit is also required when bookings are made.

BookThe Costa Calida region
The Costa Calida ("Warm Coast) is the 250km stretch of Mediterranean coastline of the province of Murcia. It extends from El Mojan in the north near the province of Alicante to near the municipality of Aquilas in the south. The northern end of this coastline includes the Mar Menor ("Little Sea"), a coastal saltwater lagoon, which at around 170 sq km is Europe's largest. The Mar Menor is separated from the Mediterranean by a 22km-long spit of land called La Manga.
Mar Menor has terrific beaches with shallow waters and its salinity provides buoyancy, resulting in its claims to be one of the safest places to swim in the world. The mineral rich waters are also considered to have therapeutic qualities. All watersports are catered for including scuba diving and sailing and water ski-ing.
The Los Alcazares / Roda Golf area
Los Alcazares sits on the edge of the Mar Menor and has supermarkets and vast array of shops, restaurants, cafes and banks. It is a popular resort with both Spanish and international visitors in summer and has a beautiful beach and a lovely marina. It is an ideal area for walking and cycling.
Los Alcazares is surrounded by many golf courses and other pursuits of the area include rambling , trekking, horse-riding and tennis. The historic port of Cartegena is really special as is the City of Murcia itself.
For environmentalists, visits are a must to the Wetlands Centre and the Salt Flats of San Pedro where flocks of flamingos stop off each year at the end of summer on their journey to North Africa.

Fly to Murcia (San Javier) Airport which is only 5km from the Resort or Alicante which is 80km. Regular flights are available from most centres of the UK by Flybe, Monarch, Ryanair, Easyjet and Jet2. Rental cars are readily available at each airport from Centauro, Europcar, Europa, Sol-e-Mar and Hertz. Our managing agents will contact our guests prior to their visit and give help and guidance when they know their destination airport, time and means of travel, even down to having a taxi waiting for you at the airport.

What a wonderful holiday we have had at Casa Tomas Lorena. We were met by Comprosol who were very professional and helpful, instructing us on how to use the air con etc. It was my daughter's 6th birthday on our arrival date and Victoria even went the extra mile and made sure she arrived to a cake and balloons and even a little pressie for her. The apartment was spotless and very well decorated and has everything you could possibly need. It has two bathrooms, one with a bath/shower and another with the most fabulous shower. We stayed in the height of Summer and during the weekend the temperatures soared up to 40 degrees, not a problem in this apartment as the air con coped very well in this heat. Also the electric shutters were a bonus, keeping the heat out in the day and keeping little ones asleep until 9am (this never happens at home). We enjoyed many a night on the roof terrace, we had quite a few BBQ's and enjoyed spending the evenings up there. It has everything, gas BBQ, three parasols, sunloungers and table and chairs surrounded by beautiful plants/flowers. All in all fabulous apartment, would stay here again if visiting the area. |

We stayed here for two weeks with two teenagers and had an amazing time. The apartment is really well laid out and beautifully equipped with everything we needed. The roof terrace is stunning. Dawn to dusk sunshine and 360 degree views over the golf course and the Mar Menor. We're not golfers but did use the driving range a lot. All you have to do is visit the golf shop under the club house and you can rent a driver or iron for the day for about 3 euros. The club house is only about 10 minutes' walk away and has free wifi - much appreciated by the kids! Drinks and food are reasonable and good quality. There are a few supermarkets within a couple of minutes by car and plenty of restaurants to choose from in Los Alcazares. I would recommend a visit to the mud baths at Lo Pagan - free and a lot of fun if a bit smelly! We were well looked after by Victoria from Com Pro Sol and the hand over of the keys on arrival and departure was really quick. We would definitely return to this apartment. |

We have visited this apartment on a number of occasions, and it is now our first thought when holidaying in Roda. It is ideal for both golfers and those just wanting to relax. It is quiet yet close enough to the surrounding amenities. It is located on the top floor of an apartment block, and is easily accessed by lift or stairs, with easy parking in the basement car park, or in the streetside parking lots. In addition to being very well appointed, the big thing about the apartment is the roof garden, which has sun all day. The sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening are superb, and whilst it understandably gets hot during the middle of the day, there are large umbrellas that provide all the shade you need. Non golfers maybe put off by the thought of using the club house, but no need, it is welcoming, and serves good food and drink at reasonable prices throughout the day. The views in the evening are also pretty good. A short and relatively cheap taxi ride takes you to the local parade of shops and bars / restaurants which we have found provide food for just about any taste...... and again at a reasonable price. Ideally you would need a car to reach the local beach which has plenty of space, and appears to be cleaned everyday. There are a number of beach bars there that serve snack food, as well as a number of more formal restaurants. Overall, our view is that this is a really well maintained and presented apartment that we are looking forward to returning to soon. We have rated our stay highly, and commented above in the same manner, quite simply because we have had great times there |
