The Penthouse is situated on the popular Roda Golf and Beach Resort, just 5km from San Javier/Murcia airport and just 1.5km from the vibrant town of Los Narejos and Los Alcazares. It is the first apartment block on Calle Cantil and boasts stunning sea views. 'Casa de Vida' is suitable to golfers, beach lovers, friends, families and couples, who are looking for that something special.

The luxury penthouse apartment boasts two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is a south-facing end penthouse with a balcony and stone staircase leading to a large roof terrace. It is fully air-conditioned and also has central heating for those cooler evenings. Access to the penthouse apartment can be made via a lift or stone staircase. On entering the apartment through the front entrance, you are met by a spacious hallway. Leading from the hallway is the immaculate kitchen, this comprises all white goods (i.e., washing machine, dishwasher and fridge and freezer) and essentials including, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a fully stocked wine rack (please replace if consumed). The kitchen includes a breakfast bar and two stools. The hallway also leads to both double sized bedrooms. The larger of the two bedrooms also includes a marbled en-suite family bathroom with a bath and a shower facility. The second double sized bedroom is located close to the second marbled bathroom for convenience. Both double sized bedrooms have twin single beds. The hallway leads into the dining room, which comprises a large dining table with four chairs. Directly off the dining room is the large family lounge, this is beautifully furnished with a large corner leather suite, a flat screen TV which includes a variety of English speaking and European channels. There is also a DVD player and a CD player with a radio that is tuned into the local English speaking station. There are patio doors leading from the family lounge and onto the outside balcony, this is furnished with four comfortable chairs and a table. Off this balcony is a stone staircase that offers access to the large roof terrace. The roof terrace floor area is similar in size to that of the inside apartment. Up here you will find four sun loungers, and a large dining table with seating for six persons, for that all important al fresco dining experience. There is also a BBQ to compliment those lazy evenings where relaxing, unwinding and enjoying the magnificent sea views is recommended. For your convenience, the roof terrace also has a water tap, power points and lighting. Smokers are welcome, but please only in the outside areas as this is our family holiday home.

It is also one of the few areas where regattas of, 'Latin' sailing still takes place, a speciality that attracts a lot of attention on the coastal beaches. Seventeen International sailing schools and well equipped nautical clubs, perfectly equipped for sailing, canoeing and ski diving, make up the " Water Sports Resort" of the Mar Menor, catering for both the beginner and the more experienced alike. The Costa Calida region

The Costa Calida cradles one of Spain's greatest coastal treasures - a huge natural salt water lagoon called the Mar Menor (literally 'little sea') which is separated from the Mediterranean by a 22-kilometre sandy strip of narrow land. The average depth of the Mar Menor is four metres and its maximum seven which, combined with its great extension, means that the seabed slopes very gradually, and you have to get several hundred metres in before the water is of any depth.
