The exclusive Roda Golf and Beach Resort has its own private beach (open during the main summer season) on the Mediterranean coast with restaurants, bars, water sports, solariums and swimming pools. This is reached by a short boat ride across the Mar Menor.
The resort is 3 minutes car drive to the AP7 motorway and 8 minutes from Murcia San Javier airport.

The bathrooms at this property have a bath with shower,wc and basin in the en suite. The family bathroom which is not an en suite but is used by people staying in bedroom 2 has a cubicle shower,wc and basin.

There are Tennis courts,football court and Handball courts as well as a driving range on the site for hire. Golf clubs and club cars available to hire. Several children play areas.
Keys are provided to the guest for a property on the understanding that they are responsible for it whilst they are staying in it.
There will be a charge for any lost keys and you will be responsible for any other expenses in relation to replacing locks, locksmith call out charges etc.
We will deliver to you all the information you need by email prior to arrival. It is important that you follow the instructions we provide to avoid confusion - please read them. It is your responsibility to keep us informed of changes to your email address and/or telephone numbers and any flight information you have provided to us.
Check-in after 16.00 and departure by 11.00. (These times may be flexible). Late Check-out may be possible but must be agreed with us before the date of departure. Late departures may be subject to a "late departure fee".
Upon check in credit card details will be taken to cover any accidental damage which may occur during your stay. The property will be checked for any damage on departure and any costs incurred will be advised at this time.
Payments can be made by paypal or bank transfer.
A 15% deposit is required within 7 days of booking. A 100% deposit is required if your booking date is within 28 days of arrival.
The final balance is due 28 days prior to arrival.
Failure to pay your final balance within 28 days of arrival may result in cancellation of your booking and the loss of your deposit.
If the behaviour of any of the guests is in the opinion of us unacceptable, then we reserve the right to ask them to leave the property and/or terminate the rental agreement immediately. This policy is for the benefit of all our guests.
Cancellation of your booking will result in loss of deposit in all cases. Cancellation of your booking within 28 days of arrival will result in payment of 50% of the total booking value. Any amount already paid above 50% of the booking value will be returned.
Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for any accident, injury or damage, and any related expenses which you incur whilst staying in the property.
It is recommended that you take out Travel Insurance cover before arriving with adequate cover to meet any possible expenses either medical, consequential or third party.

The Costa Calida region
Easily accessible from both Alicante and Murcia airport and only a 20 minute drive from the historic towns of Murcia and Cartagena. The Mar Menor Sea with its blue flagged beaches are within easy reach with its gently shelving beaches on which all manner of water sports are available.
Located in the south-east of Spain, Murcia in Costa Calida, is a land full of contrasts. The Los Alcazares / Roda Golf area
Los Alcázares is in the Region of Murcia, 24 kilometres from the town of Cartagena and just 5 kilometres from San Javier international airport. Los Alcázares is a very healthy destination, too. Try the waters of the Mar Menor, famous for their therapeutic qualities, or enjoy a thermal treatment at the La Encarnación Spa Resort, which conserves the character of old, turn-of-the-century spa centres. If you like sports, there are activities such as sailing, windsurfing and kayaking at its Marine Resort, available all year-round thanks to the warm temperatures in the region. Another good option is to visit the Torre del Rame, a Moorish fortress, or to visit the Municipal Aeronautical Museum
There are plenty of beaches in Los Alcázares eg Las Narejos - this beach is beautiful and the water is crystal-clear and ideal for water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, and scuba-diving. The beach area is full of palm trees. Las Palmeras - this is a beach recommended for sporting types and El Espejo is an excellent area for water sports: kayaking, windsurfing, scuba-diving. It has a marina with sailing and motor boats and floating platforms.
