Villa | 4 bedrooms | sleeps 10

San Giustino Valdarno is a small town in the upper Arno valley, which the suggestive “Sette Ponti” way passes through, in many places tracing out the same tortuous route of an old Roman road once called the “Cassia Vetus”, and along which one can find important historic references dating back to the time of the Roman Empire. The attractive house, situated near the town, can be reached from an unmade road (about 1 km), and has been cleverly renovated to provide a comfortable holiday home with high standard internal fittings and elegant, comfortable, good quality furniture. The house is situated on the slopes of Pratomagno, the splendid mountain range which separates the Arno valley from Casentino and provides infinite possibilities for nature excursions on foot or by mountain bike, along well sign-posted routes. Or visit the most important art cities in Tuscany, since Arezzo is just 20 minutes drive away and Siena and Florence less than an hour's drive. In front of the house is a large garden surrounded by luxuriant olive groves and equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, wood burning oven as well as the 5 x 10 m swimming pool (depth 1,40 m), in a sunny and panoramic position.
