Villa del Nibbio is a characteristic and welcoming two-story age-old farm house located in an isolated position, on the slopes of a hill which is covered with olive groves. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa del Nibbio you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Valdarno (Arno Valley) and of the hills. Villa del Nibbio is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from Loro Ciuffenna, where you will find restaurants and shops.

To stay at Villa del Nibbio you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Villa del Nibbio is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road. Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. It is partly shaded by tall trees. From the swimming pool you will have a pleasant view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from mid-April until mid-October.

The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven.

The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees and by cypresses. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Valdarno (Arno Valley) and of the hills.

First Apartment, Ground FloorLiving Room 1

You will be able to enter the first living room from the patio. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include two sofas. There is an elegant fireplace made of bricks and Firenzuola stone. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a small window with a view of the patio.

Kitchen 1

You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the first living room through a brickwork arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden and the swimming pool through a French door.

Bathroom 1

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen through an access area.

Second Apartment, First FloorLiving Room 2

You will be able to enter the second living room from the patio climbing 16 steps. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include two sofas. There is a big fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels).
