Located in Valdarno, in front of the Chianti hills, between Florence and Arezzo is only half an hour from Siena. Due to its location, is an excellent starting point to visit the most famous tourist destinations in the region and in central Italy.

Inserted in a large estate of 60 hectares, is located on top of a hill in absolutely dominant position, with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside until Chianti. Excellent solution for those wanting a quiet holiday in a truly unspoilt nature and very suggestive , and at the same time want to enjoy all that a unique Italian holiday can offer: great food, great wines, exclusive tourist routes, just a few minutes riding, tennis a few minutes, golf in Florence, and beautiful walks.

The house, comfortable and well equipped, consists of a kitchen-dining room, a living room with fireplace, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds and a complete bathroom with shower, has a beautiful meadow outdoor pergola for eating and relaxing moments. It is entirely situated floor to the garden, ensuring continuity between interior and exterior, facilitating the use of the beautiful outdoor space surrounding

The feature of the place is the extraordinary nature, the breathtaking view that you can enjoy from the beautiful panoramic swimming pool located in a terraced olive trees.

The pool is shared with three other homes, but this has never been a problem, since the houses are used as a base for touring the region and, strange to say, it is almost always free and very little used.
