Very nice Bastide situated in walking distance from Lorgues. Closed garden and pool. No neighbours towards south. The Bastide offers space, ground floor with hall and staircase to 1st floor. Toilet and bathroom. Large and very well equipped kitchen. Living and dining room with fireplace, TV etc. 2 very large sleeping rooms. From major rooms in ground floor acces to terracce. The terracce offers you an outdoor kitchen and BBQ. First floor has a master bedroom with dressing, 2 large bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region
The region is the most sunniest spot in the south of France.(source:meteo-france) The climate very stable dry and more than 300 days you will have sun. Even at winter time the weather can be like on a summer day. Only at night the temparature drops, and shows that it is winter. Lorgues is situated in the heart of Provence. Go to the beaches of Saint Tropez and St. Maxime will take you approximatively 35 min in car. To go to Cannes or to Nice, it is necessary to count one hour. To 10 km of Lorgues is Draguignan, the old prefecture of the Var. Aix-en-Provence, the old capitol become the most charming student-town of France, renowned for its student life, its coffees(cafes) and its restaurants, is at the small hour of road. The TGV stops in Les Arcs, in 15 km, in case you wish to do a going there and back in Paris, it is possible during the day.

Lorgues area
Lorgues-en-Provence, situated on a sunny mountain slope, is a village that is over a thousand years old, with fountains, running water, charming small squares and narrow, picturesque streets. It now has about 7,000 inhabitants, who enjoy the many cafés, restaurants and small specialised shops, all of which are surrounded by mountains, olive groves, vineyards and the vegetation typical of Provence.
Lorgues is the quintessence of genuine, medieval Southern French atmosphere and relaxed lifestyle - yet at the same time it boasts all modern comforts. There are many sights and attractions on offer in Lorgues. The church La Collégiale Saint-Martin is the local landmark, visible from afar. It was built in 1704-1729 in the classical style and is famous for its fine old organ, built by Augustin Zeiger. Maison du Midi lies right opposite the historical church .
The old quarter of Lorgues is an attraction in itself, with its narrow streets, small squares, lopsided houses and famous doors and entranceways - formerly a sign of wealth in Lorgues.Lorgues has an excellent, service-minded tourist office, which is at the disposal of those visiting the town, with brochures and guides for the town's many historic buildings and other attractions.
