This is a large and beautiful complex made up of two holiday farmhouses set in the countryside between the famous town of Loreto and the coastal town of Porto Recanati. Just two miles from the Adriatic coast these farmhouse rentals offer guests interested in making the most of Marche's beautiful beaches plenty of opportunities.
Casa Clorinda has lovely views of the hill-top town of Potenza Picena and towards the sea.
There is also a communal games room with lots of games including billiards and an outdoor play area with swings and slides, all in a securely fenced and extensive garden.
Each apartment also has its own private external area with tables and chairs for al fresco dining.
Apartment Girasoli (55sq m with air con) is on the ground floor and has two bedrooms, one double and one twin. There is a kitchen/living room area with four gas hobs, fridge-freezer and electric oven and television plus a sofa bed.

The Marche/Abruzzo region
Both farmhouses are also close to the Adriatic motorway, the A14, making trips further afield easy, with Tuscany, Umbria and Emilia-Romagna, Marche itself and central Italy's famous cities such as Perugia, Bologna, Florence, Assisi, Siena and Rome all day-trip possibilities.
An hour to the north is San Marino and the beautiful coved beaches of Monte Conero are within half an hour's drive.
Loreto is one of the most important pilgrimage sites of the Catholic church in Italy and the dome of the Sanctuario della Santa Casa dominates the land for miles around.
As a result of the Church's patronage Loreto is also home to many works of art by some of the most famous names of Late Renaissance Italy.
Macerata, home to an important outdoor opera festival in July and August, is ten minutes away while in northern Marche is the wonderful university town of Urbino, the birthplace of Raphael and the home of the Palazzo Ducale, an architectural masterpiece which houses Marche's most important museum, the Galleria nazionale delle Marche.
