About the home

The gardens have panoramic views over the Lora countryside and protected natural park The garden is well lit at night and the town of Lora Del Rio beyond - what a perfect spot to relax with a glass of something cold !

The large swimming pool has steps which slope gently down. Outdoor kitchen with further dining facilities is a fabulous area to dine al fresco, enjoy the view, play board games or relax with a cool drink whilst supervising the children playing in the pool.

As you enter the Cortijo, you immediately feel at home.

Inside is comfortably furnished, a charming mix of rustic and modern. Needless to say the lovely farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped. It has a wonderful double oven with five gas burners, 2 additional ovens/hobs, 2 dishwashers, 2 large fridge freezers and a microwave, as well as plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware and coffee-makers. The large kitchen table is ideal for giving the kids breakfast while planning your day.

Ten double bedrooms, 5 with ensuite facilities makes Cortijo Estacada the ideal property for several families to share or for several generations of the same family to holiday together. The sitting room has large comfy sofas, a flat screen TV and DVD player. The dining room is extremely spacious with extendable tables giving plenty of room for family dinners

The games room has a wide array of toys, games, pool table, table tennis, PS2 - With so much to do and explore at Cortijo Estacada, you really wouldn't need to go elsewhere!

Seville the capital of Andalucia .

The Giralda, The Cathedral, Los Reales Alcazares, the Torre del Oro, the Maestranza(the bull-ring), The Plaza de Espana, the Maria Luisa Park, The Santa Cruz district in the city centre, the Triana district and the bridges over the Guadalquivir river.

The Lora de Rio area

Lora del Rio is located in the province of Seville Spain. It has a population of approx 20,000 inhabitants. The Feria in Lora del Rio is held during the last week in May in La Alameda del Rio area it starts on the Wednesday and finishes on the Sunday there are lots of casetas where you can eat and drink. There are many bars and places to eat as well as a few supermarkets.

Lora is a large town with plenty of shops and banks. It sits on the edge of the Guadalquivir river. Just to the north of Lora del Rio you have the Natural Park of Sierra Norte de Sevilla. 60km from Seville, 85km from Cordoba centre, 22km from Carmona,24km from Constantina.

Arrival and Departure: In order to allow our housekeeper time to prepare for you and your successors, please do not arrive before 4.00pm on your day of arrival and please leave by 10.00am on the day of departure.

Travel Insurance : Please ensure that you take out comprehensive travel insurance. Additional information about rental rates

Complimentary welcome pack provided upon arrival (wine, beer, cheese, bread, milk, eggs, etc)

If required we can arrange to do some food shopping for you prior to your arrival. This service costs 15 euros plus the value of your shopping bill.

Spanish speaking baby sitter also available.

Payments: A none refundable deposit of 50% of the rental cost is payable on booking and confirmation will not be effected until the whole of the deposit has been received. The balance of rental payment must be made 8 weeks prior to the beginning of the rental period. Non payment of the balance within this period will constitute notice of cancellation and the property will be re-offered and cancellation conditions applied.

Cancellation is effected only when written notification is received by Cortijo Estacada or in the event of non payment of balances.

Breakage Deposit: You will be charged a security breakage deposit of 450 euros. This fee will be added to your booking fee as a security for any breakage, or damage done by you during your stay in Cortijo Estacada.

Please note that this fee will be fully refunded to you if you do not damage or break any item in the Cortijo or outside during your stay. Security Deposit will be refunded to you within 4 weeks of your return from holiday.
