Separate kitchen with more views. Twin bedroom overlooking gardens, bathroom (newly fitted 2009).

Outside there is a sun terrace with garden furniture, overlooking the stunning coastal scenery and island. On road unrestricted parking directly outside the property. As the property is just a few yards away from the coastal path it is extremely quite and peaceful.

The Lounge/Diner, Main bedroom and kitchen all have stunning sea views of the island, sea and coastal path, which are all within a minutes walk away.
There is internet access. DVD player and recorder with CDs and DVDs for the use of guests, and there are also board games and books. The TV is flat screen and freeviews.
Further details outdoors:
On road unrestricted parking directly outside and overlooked by Seadreams. This road is a "no through" road in a very quiet residential area with very little passing traffic.
Outside There is an elevated sun terrace to the side of the property for the sole use of the guests. Garden furniture and wonderful sea and island views.

Sue and Roger Westlake, who are both Cornish and own Seadreams, live in the apartment below and extend a very warm welcome to their visitors. Comfortable furnishings, breathtaking views, no pets and no smoking make Seadreams the perfect place to relax.
There are steps that lead up to the property. Once inside the property, it's all on one level.
The property sleeps 4 plus a baby, with a travel cot available.

The West Country / Cornwall region


Looe is ideally situated to explore the beautiful County of Cornwall. Fowey, (Daphne du Maurier country) and the fascinating Eden Project are both within an easy drive. Visit Antony House where scenes for the Tim Burton film Alice in Wonderland were filmed. We also have many National Trust properties and gardens waiting to be explored. Bodmin Moor is 8 miles away where walking and visiting many heritage sites may be of interest to the visitor. The unspoilt Rame peninsula is in easy driving distance.
Wonderful coastal walks are on your doorstep, leading to the neighbouring Talland and Polperro taking in panoramic and spectacular coastline scenery. This is an area considered to be of outstanding natural beauty. 40 minutes drive will see you in the city of Plymouth, 40 minutes drive from the famous Eden Project and 1 hour drive from the Cornish city of Truro.
The Looe area
Approx a 15 minute walk from Seadreams is Looe, a busy working fishing port with some of the freshest fish available in the country. The town's sandy beach is popular with families. Looe offers many different types of boat trips, including coastal, fishing and glass bottom boat trips. You may be fortunate enough to see seals or dolphins.
There are plenty of facilities to be found in the Hannafore area of Looe: Tennis courts, Putting green, and lawn bowls are a 5 minute walk away. Hannafore Point Hotel with pool and gym facilities which are open to non residents and are within a 5 minute walk. Nearby is the Waterfront Bistro and Tom Sawyers Restaurant and pub.

We have been very lucky to stay at this wonderful apartment for the last two years and have booked up for a 3rd year in 2012. This perfectly located apartment has wonderful views of Looe Island. Within 500 yards you have a bridal path that leads to Polperro which also has stunning views. Twenty minute walk and your in Looe Harbour. Another pleasant walk. You also have every thing you need for a comfortable stay. I can safely say once you have booked at Seadreams, you will not want to stay anywhere else. |
