"Would stay again - but in the summer!"

Thank you for your review we value feedback good and bad this enables us to make our guests stay as comfortable as possible. We were in the process of upgrading the heating in the lounge/dining kitchen when we received your last minute booking. Unfortunately this was not in place for your stay for which we apologize. The weather did turn very cold for your stay ! The electric metre is set at below 12 pence a unit with at least £5.00 in the metre at the start of the holiday. This cost is insignificant in the summer and the low out of season tariff reflexes the extra cost for heating. Any other minor issues will be addressed when we do a full inspection of the property next weekend. We hope to see you next year when I am sure your red wine will be of optimum temperature
