Whitsand is a superb two bedroom luxury penthouse apartment offering stunning 180o views of the sea, Looe Estuary and the dramatic coastline from both the master bedroom and lounge. Both the double and twin bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom or shower room. Whitsand has a separate fully equipped kitchen and a lounge/diner. Ideal for both long family holidays and short lifestyle breaks.

Whitsand - the penthouse apartment - situated on the second floor and affording superb views this luxury holiday venue offers families, friends or couples a chance to enjoy the Cornish coast in style and comfort. There are two ensuites, one with bath (with shower over) and one with walk in shower.

The kitchen is fitted with every possible appliance including dishwasher and full laundry facilities. The centrally heated apartment makes an ideal base anytime of the year - enjoy the spring and summer sun - or marvel at the Cornish coast in winter.

The views from the apartment are stunning - Looe River, the historic town and beach and right out to Rame Head and the open sea.

The lounge/dining area has a dormer window from which you can enjoy the spectacular views across Looe Bay and Whitsand Bay. The lounge has a surround sound system and digital satellite television.

All furnishings are contemporary and designed to ensure maximum comfort and usability.

The Master Bedroom has a Showerlux Shower with platinum finish bi-fold shower doors with contemporary styled Fairport Shaker polished chrome single lever taps with chrome fittings. There is a Roca wash basin and matching toilet, a polished chrome ladder style heated towel rail and combined vanity mirror and shaver point. The tiling is bumpy white high gloss on the walls and beige porcelain tiles on the floor.

The separate kitchen is fully fitted with white high gloss kitchen units, mocha timber style work tops, natural stone tile up-stand with stainless steel splash backs, Franke stainless steel sink and polished chrome lever taps. There are stainless steel appliances throughout including an integrated oven, microwave, cooker hood and stainless steel edged flush mounted ceramic hob. There is an integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer, everything you could wish for.

There are 3 licensed restaurants within a short walk. SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED.
