"Fourth stay - need we say more?!"
Great accommodation in a good location. We'll go though a few minor points first but the important thing is that they have not put us off staying for a fourth time, nor would they again.
The walk into town is not ideal, not so much in terms of the overall distance but the fact that the first 200m or so is a) steep and b) dangerous along a steep main road with no pathway and little lighting.
Fantastic views across the estuary, very good accommodation with just the outside looking slightly tired in a couple of places (steps up to front door and porch area). The property would not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues as the access is via steep winding steps.
Barclay House Hotel, to the side of the property, is currently being refurbished having gone into administration. That's a slight shame as a) the gym, to which we previously had free access, has been decommissioned; b) ditto for the outdoor pool, which is currently out of use; and c) the restaurant / bar is not available currently, should you want to make use of either. Not that you really need to as the kitchen is great!
But overall well appointed, clean accommodation with fantastic views from the balcony. Recommended.
