Tresorya is an 18th Century traditional slate-stone Cornish cottage extended to provide extra living space. Ideal for a family group , there is accommodation for 8-10 guests with level access and ample parking within the grounds. Away from the madding crowd, you will also have exclusive use of the mature rambling garden.

Entry is via the extension which houses the spacious dining area & sun lounge. The dining area has a dining table with 10 chairs, a smaller table and a dresser. There is also a futon (which easily converts into a comfortable double bed and provides the additional sleeping accommodation).
The triple aspect sun lounge has a three piece suite and offers beautiful views of the garden.
Go through to the old-world charm of the original cottage to find the kitchen and snug TV lounge with their beamed ceilings.
The hand-made wooden fitted kitchen has marble worktops, electric cooker and microwave. The fridge, freezer and dishwasher are also housed in the kitchen, while the washing machine and tumble dryer are in the laundry room outside.
The tasteful décor in the snug lounge is complimented by the traditional Cornish fireplace and beamed ceiling. There is a colour television with Freeview, video recorder and DVD player, and a selection of DVD's, books and games and puzzles (and more in the dresser in the dining room).
Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower, WC and washbasin.
The other three bedrooms are on the first floor with the main bathroom. There is a “family” room with a double bed and single divan, a double and a single bedroom. The bathroom is spacious and has a matching bathroom suite and a walk in shower.
The additional sleeping is on the double futon in the dining room. Or a Z-bed on request.
Bed linen is provided but we ask that you bring your own towels..

Tresorya has level access and ample parking in the grounds (the entrance is to the side of the property, just off the lane, not on the main road).
There is also a large mature, private garden suitable for games and/or sunbathing. Tables and chairs are provided for relaxing outside or eating al fresco

The West Country region
The unique location gives you the chance to discover for yourself the outstanding natural beauty of the Cornish coastline and countryside.
There is a variety of beaches close at hand, sandy, shingle and/or rocky and many are dog friendly.
Or easy access to Bodmin Moor. Visit the Hurlers, standing stones at Minions and walk up to the Cheesewring, a natural outcrop of granite slabs, piled like pancakes.
Or spend a day at the Eden project just 40 minute drive. When you go, don’t forget to also visit the historic dock at Charlestown, 5 minutes away, home to three seaworthy tall ships and a Shipwreck Museum.
There is easy access to Tresorya by road or rail and the picturesque Looe Valley Railway is just a short taxi ride away.
4 miles south west of Tresorya is Looe, which is a historic fishing port with quaint streets, banjo pier, hidden coves and its own island.
Beyond Looe is Polperro is a picturesque Cornish fishing village, with whitewashed cottages overlooking the harbour, famed for its history of fishing and smuggling. The popular heritage Museum at Polperro has old photos and exhibits on display.
3 miles in the opposite direction is Seaton with its valley nature reserve,fascinating beach and rock-pools and a short walk to Downderry, A little further is Tregantle beach with 4 miles of unspoilt and uncrowded golden sands.
4-5 miles north is Liskeard with its mainline railway station and supermarket and access to Bodmin Moor.
Looe golf course is just 2 miles away as is Bake Lake for freshwater fishing. Or take a boat from Looe harbour for the salt-water variety or a trip to the St. Georges Island nature reserve.
100 yards down the lane from Tresorya is a well-stocked and friendly Cornish farm shop which also incorporates a small coffee lounge – book early for their Sunday roast!
