Villa 118 has been recently updated internally and is approximately 250 metres away from the sandy beach in Millendreath and is accessed via 20 steps. Please see millendreath.co.uk to get a flavour of the valley and what it has to offer.
The Villa, which has a modern feel, offers all the comfort you will need to enjoy a relaxing holiday, comprising:-
Freesat tv and dvd (together with wii - games not provided) , necessary seating double seatees, fully fitted kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. The bathroom has a bath and separate electric shower, whilst the sleeping accommodation comprises of double bed and bunk beds.
Linen can be provided at a small extra charge, or you are more than welcome to bring your own.
Outside there is a small garden together with provided seating and bbq where you can unwind and relax.
Dogs are accepted however during the summer months will not be allowed on the beach at peak times - there is no extra charge.
The beach offers a beach front café, which has a lively atmosphere and is a place where you can order your morning paper or have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Adjoining this there is a water-sport's centre where you can hire kayaks, surf boards or windsurfs or indeed purchase required water sport tuition.
The Village of Millendreath has a couple of small shops where you can buy provisions and these are open until 10pm - there is also a fish and chip shop and chineese takeaway. Looe is a couple of miles away and offers everything you will need in terms of local Cornish entertainment. From the Villa you can easily explore Polperro - which around 7 miles away, Fowey and the Eden Project. The North shore and St Ives are approximately an hour away.
The complex is reached via a coded electric gate which gives access to the accommodation and the beach.
Given that the Valley is still in a state of rejuvenation (the web site shows examples of villas with exterior cedar cladding which is eventually to be done on all 150 villas - only a few have so far been done) we have priced the holiday accordingly. The cost for the summer months is £390 which includes a £5 electricity card and cleaning charge.

The West Country region
From here you can easily explore Looe which is a historic, lively but authentically Cornish seaside resort offering all the amenities that you will require for a wonderful English Seaside holiday. Enjoy crabbing on the jetty and watch the fishing boats coming in. The boats offer fishing experiences or you can simply enjoy a boat trip along the coast line.
From the Villa you can explore the wonderful beaches and towns and villages nearby - Seaton, Polperro or Fowey and enjoy the wonderful restaurants that these popular places have to offer.
The famous monkey sanctuary is about a 5 minutes drive away and is a must for children - you can learn all about monkey conservation and how the monkeys have been rescued. For rainy days the Eden project is a short drive away and is great for rainy days. The Lost Gardens of Helligan are also a must for garden lovers
The Villa makes a great base to explore the North Shore including St Ives which is approximately an hour away.
Music lovers will have the opportunity to book the Villa on the 25 May for the 1st Millendreath Music Festival or on 19 - 21st September for the Looe Music Festival
