No. 5 Gladstone Terrace is a beautifully presented four storey family home in central Longrock. It has been transformed during the last five years and now shown in a stylish contemporary manner of great appeal to today's holidayer. The property is arranged over four levels with a stunning kitchen / diner at lower ground floor that opens to the garden. With a generous sitting room, two first floor bedrooms and beautiful bathroom plus a magnificent master bedroom in the roof void. The property is a stones throw to the beach, one side of which is one of Cornwall's few dog friendly beaches (perfect for pet owners).
Well furnished, the accommodation comprises of:
Lounge on the middle floor with smart Television and sofas. There is also high speed wifi (unlimited fibre optic broadband 34mb) at the property. There is also a sofa bed in this room.
Three bedrooms, one large bedroom with kingsize bed in the roof space with amazing views over Mounts Bay, second double bedroom with a double bed and the third a single room with bunk beds on the second upper floor.
Bathroom with bath and shower
Downstairs is a large modern kitchen (with washing machine and wine cooler), it is fully fitted with a dining area, leading out to an enclosed garden.
Travel cot, high chairs and stair gates available on request.
During busy holiday periods our change over days are Saturday's. You may check in to Gladstone Terrace at 3.30pm and check out time is 10.30am.
Owners are on call 24 hours a day and there is the option for guests staying two weeks to have their linen and towels changed and the cottage cleaned half way through the stay. All linen and towels (including beach) are provided.
Within 100 yards of the property there are two pubs, both serving excellent food. There is also a local shop with 100 yards and supermarkets, bars and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Many of these can be walked to along the beach path.
The property is situated In Longrock between the historic towns of Penzance (2 miles) and Marazion (1 mile). It is also driving distance to many of Cornwall's famous tourist attractions such as The Minack Theatre and The Eden Project, as well as the seaside towns of St. Ives and Newlyn.
As with majority of the properties in Cornwall there's unfortunately no parking. However there is safe street parking directly outside the property which is easily available. As the property has so many nearby amenities closeby it is possible to simply park the car for the duration of your trip and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
