Home description

The property comprises of four apartment, beautifully located in the Itrian Valley at a few kilometres from Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Alberobello. It is ideally positioned for exploring the area and at the same time enjoying the relaxing countryside.
The four apartments are totally independent, they all are provided with central heating, kitchen, private bathroom and outdoor shaded areas. They have been recently restored with particular attentions to details and needs.
Casa Del Fattore is the most spacious and large of the apartment, it comprises of a big living area with two sofas that can be used as single beds and kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom.
Trullo is a very pretty studio apartment with an open plan double bedroom, kitchen, dining area and bathroom and one additional bedroom with two single beds.
Stalla is the most peculiar apartment, originally the stable, has been converted manteining few original features.
Porcilaia is an independent building at the back of the complex which comprises of one double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/dining area.

The Puglia/Molise region

Puglia is one of the most rural and unspoiled regions of Italy. It is it offers attractions to suit all needs and it is very easy to reach by Raynair, Easyjet to Naples, Alitailia through Milan, Lutfthansa through Frankfurt. Puglia is famous for its food, sandy beaches and easy going people. It is almost impossible to eat badly here and most restaurants will go out of their way to impress you. The beaches are long and sandy and the water clear and warm you will quickly discover why Italians will spend the whole day there. Puglians dont like the rush around, there is always time for a coffee or a glass of wine, you will find after a day or two of your holiday time will become less and less important.

Locorotondo area

The apartments are located close to the towns of Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Albrobello. Locorotondo has a charming historic centre with small streets and gives a real feel of old Puglia. Martina Franca is a typical Baronesque town with many grand buildings and is still an important market town today. Albrobello is a very unique town, Trulli are conical buidings only found in Puglia and are normally only found in the countryside, however Albrobello is a town of trulli.
