Winterhope Cottage is a detached, single-storey cottage, located in the grounds of the owner’s working livestock farm, 11 miles from Lockerbie in Dumfries and Galloway. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms - one king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, one double and one twin. There is also a bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. The open plan living accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. There is also a utility room housing the washing machine. Outside, guests have use of a rear lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ, along with a fabulous hot tub. Off road parking is available for three cars. With wonderful scenic walking on the doorstep and the amenities of Longholm and Lockerbie within easy reach, Winterhope Cottage makes a great base for a year-round holiday in this lovely part of Scotland.

The town of Lockerbie is located in the Scottish lowlands in Dumfries and Galloway, and is home to pubs, restaurants, a bakery and a pottery. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
