"Good but let down by some easy to fix issues"

On the downside the cottage was let down by things not working, hob ring, Wi-fi and some furniture was damaged broken. Upside location is great, garden, wildlife, area and, people was all good.… More

thank you for taking the time to write a review. We have now arranged for the ring on the hob to be fixed, but on scouring the cottage, could not find any broken or damaged furniture referred to in your review. We don't advertise the cottage as having WIFI. We are currently attempting to be connected to WIFI by B.T. but have been advised they have reached their capacity and cannot give us a date for connection. We hope the above did not distract from your enjoyment of the cottage.
