Renovated cottage located in a peaceful location on large hill farm close to the River Doe in Upper Glenmoriston. The property is ideally situated for hill walkers with a number of munros located within a 30 minute journey by car. The farm also has miles of tracks for leisurely walks and biking allowing ample opportunity to see a wide range of wildlife and birds. Loch Ness lies 15 miles away and Inverness, Fort William and the Isle of Skye are within a one hour car journey.

The property has been renovated to a very high standard with oil central heating and has a mixture of hardwood floors and tiling. The kitchen, dining area and living room are open plan with an electric 'wood burner'. Satellite TV. Modern fitted kitchen. The bedroom has fitted wardrobe and the bathroom has a separate bath and shower. The utility room has washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Highlands of Scotland is an area renowned for its beauty with many mountains and lochs including the world famous Loch Ness. The coastline has many beautiful beaches and the whole region abounds in history.

Loch Ness

Glenmoriston has a wide variety of wildlife with red deer to be seen in the hills along with ptarmigan and the rare golden eagle on the high tops. Black grouse can be found on the lower slopes along with a wide variety of more common birds. Eilean Donan Castle and Urquhart Castle are frequently visited for their rich history and all local services can be found in Fort Augustus which is 22 miles away and there you can catch a cruise on Loch Ness.
