About the home
The large spacious main bedroom has an en suite shower room with large shower enclosure with power shower. The second bedroom has twin beds. There is also a main bathroom. The kitchen s fully equipped to a high standard with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, oven and hob. There is a breakfast bar and then a large dining table with 6 chairs. The lounge has 2 large comfy sofa's and is tastefully decorated with personal touches.
Balloch is a fantastic base for walking, golfing and exploring Scotland or indeed just relaxing enjoying the fresh air and fantastic views. The Marina with regular sails on Loch Lomond is only a few minutes walk as is Loch Lomond Shores visitors complex complete with sea life centre, shops, restaurants where you can eat, drink and enjoy fabulous views of the Loch. For the more adventurous there is canoeing and cycle hire. Glasgow and Stirling are both 30 minutes drive away and Edinburgh just over an hour.

Balance due 6 weeks prior to start of your holiday.
£100 security deposit is payable with your final payment.
This will be refunded in full within 7 days of departure provided the apartment is left in the condition it was found.

Loch Lomond and the surrounding area has a wealth of walks and cycle trails and naturally stunning views.
The nearby Lomond Shores complex also has the Maid if the Loch Paddle steamer as well as its Sea Life centre, visitors centre and many shops and restaurants.
The historic village of Luss is only 10 minutes drive away.
Stirling and Wallaces monument is 30 minutes drive.

As well as all the activities associated with the Loch you can also horse ride & clay pigeon shoot locally.
Fo golf enthusiasts there are also 6 good golf courses within 10 minutes drive including the home of Scottish Golf Open at Loch Lomond and the new Carrick course also on the Loch. There is also the extraordinary Hill House as designed by Chalrs Rennie Mackintosh at nearby Helensburgh.

Driving to Glasgow from the South: M1 - M6 - A74 - M74
These directions will start to the south of Glasgow on the M74.
The major places to aim for are Glasgow Airport followed by the Erskine Bridge .
Exit M74 at junction 4, signposted as "M73 to Stirling / Kincardine Bridge / Glasgow & A80 / M8"
Continue along M73 for about 1 mile .
Exit M73 at junction 2 , it will be signposted as "M8 to Glasgow (City Centre)"
You will continue along the M8 for about 15 miles , this will take you right through the middle of Glasgow and out the other side. This is a busy stretch of road, particularly at peak times.
You will come out of Glasgow and go past the Airport
From Glasgow Airport follow signs for Greenock and Erskine Bridge
Exit M8 at junction 30 , it will be signposted as "Exit 30 M898 to Erskine BR. / Erskine"
As you reach the other side of the bridge bear left onto the exit road signposted A82, Crianlarich.
After about 2 miles you will come to a roundabout, continue straight on along the A82 .
After about 2½ miles you will come to another roundabout, again continue straight on along the A82 .
After about 4 miles you will come to another roundabout. Turn right and at the bottom of the road there is another roundabout.
Take the first exit, left, (past Mcdonalds) and then quickly there is another roundabout. Turn right.
You are now on Balloch Road .
Pier Road is approximately 400 yards on the left , immediately after a small row of restaurants.
Note: If you reach the bridge, you have gone too far
The Garden Apartment is 50 yards on the left, with the car park at the rear.
