Lennoxbank House is a 2 bedroom Luxury top floor self-catering apartment with Balcony with River views and landscaped garden. It is fully equipped to accommodate 5 adults. King size bed in master bedroom with 32" TV and dvd link and en suite bathroom with double shower . And twin beds in second bedroom with 32" TV and dvd link. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes and hanging space. Also guest bed for lounge for 5th person please see special / booking conditions for details .
The property is to a high standard and is fully equipped with 50" plasma TV in lounge with cable television, phone, DVD/micro system. A 32" TV in each bedroom and free wireless internet throughout. Ideal for laptops or PSP for on-line gaming for kids.
The apartment is within close proximity to Loch Lomond and Scotland's first national Park. Shops and eating places are within easy reach. Drumkinon Bay is close by providing shops, Aquarium and Leisure facilities and stunning views across Loch Lomond towards Ben Lomand. And boat trips leave daily from Balloch bridge. Duckbay Marina and Cameron House all within easy reach as well as a selection of Golf couses like The Carrick, Cameron House and the beautiful Loch Lomond Golf Club.

The Central Scotland/Edinburgh region
It’s home to many great scenic walking trails along the main loch. There are restaurants, coffee shops, visitors centres, nature reserves, hiking, watersports and golfing. There is also the breathtaking lodge on the loch restaurant.
Nearer by lies the Duck Bay Marina resort as well and the Cameron House Hotel both of which sit on the very the banks of loch Lomond and offer a vast array of facilities including bars, restaurants, golfing and watersports.
There are also boat sailings from Balloch and the Balloch Castle country park.
Loch Lomond National Park / Balloch area
Ideal location which is quite and rural but with the benefits of having lots of activities close at hand. 10 minutes walk from the apartment takes you to the Loch Lomond Shores visitors complex with shops, cafes, restaurants, a large Tourist information centre and fortnightly farmers market and Aquarium.
There is canoeing and pedalo hire on the Loch and cycle hire in summer months. Also a cycle path along the banks of Loch Lomond to Luss. Several events take place in and around Balloch each year.
The LOCH LOMOND HIGHLAND GAMES and the LOMOND FOLK FESTIVAL are in July and the SCOTTISH OPEN GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP. And if that's not enough there's the Maid of the Loch paddle steamer to visit.
Balloch itself has a large country park which provides excellent views of the Loch. There are also cruises on the Loch from Balloch pier summer months only. Balloch also has many good restaurants and pubs with excellent food. The train station with half hourly trains into the centre of Glasgow is just over a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
How to get there
From Glasgow airport-Balloch is just 20 minutes drive as you approach Balloch on the A82 turn right onto the A811, <signposted Balloch> you will come down a hill, go straight over the next roundabout, over the river turning just before the pedestrian signals <Dalvait Road>. On this road you take the 2nd right which will take you into Lennoxbank House car park.

It has a Balcony with table and chairs and great river views it also has a large maintained garden which is ideal for kids or to relax in. There is also private parking to front of building and security door entrance.

1. SMOKING- only permitted on Balcony!
2. ENTRY- your entry starts at 2pm on day of arrival and the property must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Unless otherwise agreed.
3. DAMAGE DEPOSIT - A damage deposit of £100 will be required. Short stays of two days or less requires £150. This will be returned in full within 1 week of your departure date so long as there has been no damage and the apartment is left as it was found.
4. BOOKING - A booking will only be confirmed on receipt of payment. DAMAGE DEPOSIT will be due on arrival and will only be accepted by cash. Passport.driving licence required on arrival.
5. GUESTS/ NUMBER OF PERSONS- Only the members of the paying party are permitted in the property and Only the number of persons agreed may use the property. The number of people must not exceed the number of sleeping places. Should the owner or the local representative (the keyholder) find that the number of people staying at the property exceeds that on the booking. You will be asked to vacate the property at once with no refund.
6. AGE RESTRICTION - The person booking must be 25 or over.
7. DAMAGES ETC - You must ensure that the property is securely locked when not occupied during holiday let. You must replace any breakages, damages or losses, or reimburse the property owner for such breakages, damages or losses.Furniture and ornaments are not to be moved. Otherwise you could lose a part or your full damage deposit or legal proceedings will be taken.
8. CLEANING - The property will be cleaned throughout at the beginning of the rental period. Bedding changed after 7 days if stating two weeks < PLEASE LEAVE THE PROPERTY AS YOU FOUND IT >.
9. CANCELLATIONS - We reserve the right to cancel any booking within 2 months of your booking for any unseen circumstances with a full refund. Cancellations made by booking party will result in loss of payment.
10. BEHAVIOUR - The person signing the contract is responsible for the correct and decent behaviour of his party. Should you and your party not behave in such manner the owner will ask you and your party to vacate the property and no refunds shall be given. Under no circumstances should there be anyone else in the apartment that is not a member of the party.
11. PETS - No pets are allowed on the property
12. ON DEPARTURE - Can guests ensure the apartment is left in a clean and tidy manner or you could lose your damage deposit.
