This charming 2nd floor studio, 49sq. Meters (442sq. Ft) in our Tuscany countryside accommodation storehouse, which benefits from the best views of Chiana Valley and Cortona. There is a living area and fully equipped kitchen and one double bedroom with an in-suite bathroom. The suite in our farmhouse on rent is fully furnished in an authentic Tuscan style. It has Wi.Fi internet access, TV flat screen 32 inches, DVD player, central air conditioning and heating, hair dryer, American and Italian coffee maker, toaster, microwave, high quality silver ware plates and dishes.

Cortona - 4 Km: The town of Cortona stand high on a hill (650 m) and has a spectacular views of the Chiana Valey (Valdichiana), Lake Trasimeno and Mount Amiata (1980 m).

Arezzo – 27 Km: The provincial capital, a beautiful city of Tuscany, Arezzo lies 80 Km south of Florence and it dominates the beautiful valley in which Valtiberina, Valdichiana, Casentino and Valdarno valleys all join together.

Montepulciano – 30 Km: The highest of the Tuscan hill towns, Montepulciano, offers stunning views and fine example of Renaissance architecture, good Fiorentino steak restaurant.

Assisi – 65 km: Site of many a pilgrimage, Assisi is the town of St. Francis. Who founded the Franciscan order .He is remembered by many, even non-Christians, as a lover of nature and animals, many tourists are visiting this town from all over the world.

Perugia – 47 km: Know as being international university town – students are coming from all over the world , festivals and events: the Eurochocolate Festival (October), the Umbria Jazz Festival (in July).

Orvietto – 89 km: Orvieto is a city in Province of Terni, southwestern Umbria. There are secret labyrinth of caves and tunnels that lie beneath the surface about 1200 of them, you can visit 2 only.The Duomo is magnificent. Palazzo del Capitano del Popolo is also an attraction to consider, such as the “Pozzo di S. Patrizio” or “Well of St. Patrick”.

San Gimignano – 110 km: Small walled medieval hill town in the Siena province of Tuscany, mainly famous for its medieval architecture, especially its towers, which may be seen from several kilometres outside the town.

Pienza – 40 Km: The medieval village of Pienza is to be regarded as a real monument as a whole in its orderliness and rationality and offers some incredible views of the Val d'Orcia as in a painting by the best Renaissance artists, known for its Pecorino cheese.

Lake Trasimeno – 12 Km: The area of Trasimeno is very pretty; there are boat trips in the summer to visit the three islands in the middle or to cross from one side to another, you can bike around the lake (80 km).

Siena – 60 Km: To the south west of Arezzo , edging through the Chianti region, enter Siena and step back to the Middle Ages, visit also the Chianti villages in Tuscany.

Gubbio – 90 km: Town in the far northeastern part of the Umbria region. It is located on the lowest slope of Mt. Ingino The city's origins are very ancient. The hills above the town were already occupied in the Bronze Age. To see: The Roman Theatre, The Roman Mausoleum, The Palazzo dei Consoli of the 14th century, The Duomo (Cathedral late 12th century).

Castiglion del lago – 16 km: The Castello del Leone (“Fortress of the Lion”) was built in 1247 by monk-architect Elia from Cortona. Every two years there is festival called color the sky, hot air balloons and thousands of multicolor kites. Small and cozy city, to visit.

Firenze – 112 km: the most populous and famous city in Tuscany. A centre of medieval European trade and finance, and one of the wealthiest cities of the times, of the renaissance. Millions of tourists visit the historic centre each year to admire the statue of David and the Uffizi Museum or the Academia museum.

Montalcino – 60 km: hill town in Tuscany famous for its Brunello di Montalcino wine. There is the fortress and the medieval buildings. There are churches with frescoes and the Rocca, a ruined castle. Sant'Antimo, nearby Benedictine abbey is interesting to visit.

Volterra – 118 km: Palazzo dei Priori. Built in 1208, Palazzo Incontri – Vitti, of 16th century by a nobleVolterran, Attilio Incontri, minister to the Grand duke of Tuscany. The torture museum, interesting too.Roman Theatre (1st century BC), Medicean Fortress, now a prison housing a noted restaurant.
