Sunset House is located in a residential area. Quiet and peaceful. The villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

The house has two floors.
On the first floor there is a living and dining room with fire place, full equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom ( 2 single beds), 1 bathroom.

At the front, there is a cosy garden with a covered terrace. Behind there is the swimming pool with solarium.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Llucmajor is one of Majorca's largest municipalities. Besides the town of Llucmajor there are also the following urban or built up areas: El Arenal, S'Estanyol, Bahía Grande, Bahía Blava, Bella Vista, Cala Pi, Cala Blava, Tolleric, Las Plameras, Son Verí and Sa Torre. Most outstanding in this locality is its coast, which varies along its 35 kilometres.

In El Arenal, which is a continuation of Playa de Palma, the coast is a large sandy beach but further towards the west it becomes abrupt, first it is rocky and later large cliffs are found especially in Cape Enderrocat. This is a truly spectacular region that offers excellent views on the sea. The highest point is the lighthouse in Cabo Blanco at nearly 90 meters from sea level. Arriving towards S'Estanyol the sand once again takes over the landscape in the form of large beautiful beaches.

Another interesting place, this time of cultural interest, is the prehistoric village (poblado talaiónico) of Capocorb Vell; it is also the largest found in Mallorca. These stone constructions have been dated in the 6th century BC. This settlement was declared historical/artistic monument in 1931.

Llucmajor area

Very nice for cycling tourist, the route starts in Llucmajor, passes by the Capocorb Vell archaeological site and ends in Llucmajor.

Golf course was opened in 2006 "Maioris" 18 hole.
There are many nautical sports in Arenal (5 km.).
The property is very near Palma which is just 15 min. drive away.

Wirklich ein super Haus bis auf eine Kleinigkeit: In einem der drei Schlafzimmer gibt es keinen Kleiderschrank. Trotz alledem ist auch für 7 Personen wirklich genügend Platz. Die Ausstattung ist ansonsten - hervorragend und wenn man im Urlaub diese kleinen Abstriche in Kauf nimmt, kann man im Cosy-House wirklich einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbringen; und wenn man dann noch ein Auto gemietet hat, kann nichts mehr schiefgehen." -Madame Angelika V-
