About the home

Can Perello is a traditional mallorcan stone house settled in Llubi, in the heart of Mallorca. A place to feel the real countryside, surrounded of fruit trees with magnificent views over the mountain range, and all comfort of contemporary life.

In 2008 Can Perello was totally rebuilt and refurnished keeping the essence of the original house and adding the newest commodities such as Flat TV, WIFI zone, air conditioning in all the rooms, fully equipped kitchen, chill out area, a fantastic pool and terrace and lots of charm.

The villa has 4 bedrooms (there is place enough for 8 people) On the ground floor you will find a modern kitchen with dining area. Adjacent is a bright living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The stairs from the ground lead up to the second floor where you will find a bedroom with its own terrace. By the pool area there is another small house with one bedroom and a private toilet.

The outside area has a big parking area, a swimming-pool that is 10 x 4 m., beeing 1 m. deep on one side and 2 meters on the other. There are lots of almond trees and olive trees around the house as well as lemon and orange trees.

Can Perello is perfectly located in the centre of the island. You´ll reach the bay of Alcudia within 15 minutes, Inca is only about 10 minutes away and Palma 30 minutes. You can also get easily to Manacor and the east beaches and coves.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and even an expresso machine. There is also a dwell with drink water. The living room has very comfortable sofas and has a big window where from you can see the Tramuntana mountain range. There is an isle that takes you to the rooms and bathroom. There is another room upstairs with a private terrace.

Further details outdoors:
The property has 18.000 m2 of land. There are almond, olive, lemon and orange trees with a big lovely garden and big swimming pool. You can sit relaxed in the chill out area where you can enjoy the lovely sunset behind the Tramuntana mountain range.

The Llubi area

Llubi is a village in the heart of Mallorca. It is within reach of the mountains, the beaches and is 43 km. away from Palma airport. You can enjoy a stroll to Sineu road to the talaiotic settlement of Es Racons. The beaches of Alcudia and Ca'n Picafort are just a fifteen minute drive from the villa.
