In addition, the restored Finca was built on a huge plot of land and has some amenities such as a tennis court, a swimming pool, a barbecue-grill and an externally accessible bathroom with shower.
Inside, on the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and a separate with two beds, a shower room and a bathroom with bath, a living room with two sofas, satellite TV and Internet , a separate dining room with a table for up to 10 people and a rustic, fully - equipped kitchen with terrace access.
In the upper floor there are three further bedrooms, one with double bed. The other two bedrooms have a separate access to the terrace . Also, on this floor is also a bathroom with bath available as well as a loft with built-in work area.

Llubí is a quaint little village in the north of Majorca. The surrounding area is used for agriculture and the tourism is still out penetrated Llubí. Thus, the architecture is in the idyllic village remained original and unmolested by large hotel buildings. However, all kinds of shops are available and there are also several bars and restaurants. The highlight is a restored stone cross from the 17th Century.
Llubí with its relaxed environment lends itself to very for leisurely walks. Around Llubí there are fields, orange groves and the typical windmills. Every Tuesday is on the main square, Placa de la Carretera, weekly market. In the more touristy places Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcudia and thus to the beach of the Bay of Alcudia is only a few minutes by car.
