Villa Romana consists of three levels and is 180 m2 in size. The living area is on the ground floor and consists of a large living room, with seating and dining area. The living area has an open fire, satellite TV and stereo set for your use. Adjoining the living room is a big terrace with a magnificent view over the green hills and the Mediterranean Sea (from this terrace you can enjoy beautiful sunsets).
At the back of this villa you will find a luxurious kitchen with all modern conveniences such as microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc. On this floor there is also a toilet. On the first floor, there are 3 large bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 4 singles. Also, there is a large bathroom with toilet and 2 showerfacilities. At basement level you will find an extra bedroom with double bed and a small bathroom.
The interior of this villa is warm, inviting and very stylish. Should your stay here during one of the colder periods of the year, there is gas heating in the villa. The garden around the villa is well lit and secure. There are plenty of sun-beds and parasols in the garden . This fantastic villa is perfect for your ultimate holiday experience!!

The villa Romana is situated 4 km outside Lloret de Mar in a beautiful, well thought out, urbanization called La Riviera. The villa Romana is detached. This holiday style villa is suitable for 12 people. From the villa, there is an excellent view over the Mediterranean and the fantastic coastline with numerous small beaches and bays. There is a private swimming pool in the garden. There is a shared tennis court and a garden. The communal garden for both villa’s is a peaceful place to relax in the shade and is full with palm trees and beautiful flowers and plants.There is ample parking space next to the villa.
Lloret de Mar / La Riviera area
The villa is situated 8km from the old village Tossa de Mar which is a typically old Spanish fishermen village with a medieval city centre and an idyllic harbor with excellent fish restaurants to choose from. Only 2 km away, is the lively town of Lloret de Mar, with many beaches, water sport facilities and lively bars and clubs.Blanes, which is also 8 km away is a famous beach resort, which is also renowned for its good fish restaurants.If you travel inland, you will find picturesque villages where traditional arts and crafts, such as ceramic and basket making, are still performed.

Fly to Girona Airport by Ryanair.com, then take the bus or taxi to the villa (35 km) Fly to Barcelona Airport, then take the train to Blanes and the bus to Lloret de Mar, or the bus to Lloret de Mar directly. Use of own vehicle or rental is recommended
