House 373 is located just 5 minutes walk to the beach and the golf course. Quiet and peaceful, yet only ten minutes from Lloret de Mar and the lovely village Tossa de Mar. The house has a fantastic seeview. You will find a spacious living room with sofa, well-equipped kitchen. One double and one twin bedroom, two bathrooms, one with tub, one with shower and terrace with furniture. In the residential area (all in 5 min walk): swimming pool, restaurant, snack-bar, supermarket, tennis-court (charge), golf course (charge).

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
Catalonien has its own identity an culture. The Catalan countryside is rugged with a romantic coast surrounded by pine woods and lovely bays of fine sand. It enjoys mediterranean clima. Proud of its artistic heritage the area was home of artists like Miro, Gaudi and Dali. Barcelona itself is a feast of culture and architecture from the mellow atmosphere of Las Ramblas to the modernised waterfront. The coastal villages, some of them with a long fishing tradition, like Tossa de Mar or Blanes (both 12km distance from the house) offered a lot of excellent fish restaurants to choose from. The Pyrenees, on the french border (aprox. 150 km) with the well kown Country Andorra (duty free) is also point of interest.
Lloret de Mar / Canyelles area
Cala Canyelles is one of the most beautiful areas of the Costa Brava, situated 2 km north of Lloret de Mar and 6 km south of Tossa de Mar, with a lovely bay of fine sand sourrounded by pine woods.
How to get there
Fly to Girona Airport by Ryanair.com then take the bus or taxi to the villa (35 km) Fly to Barcelona Airport by Easyjet, then take the train to Blanes and the bus to Lloret de Mar (80 km)

A well behaved dog/cat is allowed. Refundable breakages deposit of € 150 requiered on arrival, to be refunded after a satisfactory property inspection. On reservation aprox. 30% of rental due, rest on arrival in cash or bank transfer (in case of bank transfer before arrival)
