The apartment is accessible from the street level through a staircase which leads one floor down to the apartment entrance.
The apartment is nicely decorated and has a private balcony, terrace and swimming pool.
There are 2 double bedrooms, each with 2 individual beds. Babybed in one of the bedrooms. There is a sofa bed available for 1 person. There is one bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia/Barcelona region
The apartment is 9 km away from the fishing village Tossa de Mar and 2 km away from the city of Lloret de Mar. The coastal village Tossa de Mar is situated in the region of La Selva and surrounded by a majestic landscape. Together with the quiet remoteness of the region this fact makes it even more attractive for tourists to visit this place. The natural surrounding of the city rightly called “flower of the sea” charms us with its original and wild beauty. It is more than worth it to come and visit this place!
The Lloret de Mar / Font Sant Llorenc area
Located between Barcelona and Girona there are countless museums, attractions, markets, beaches at your disposal. Blanes disposes of a beautiful sand beach with a really nice boulevard with outdoor cafes and restaurants. It’s also very attractive to walk in the nice harbour. In the shopping labyrinth in the centre you can wander around for hours, while enjoying a nice glass of sangria now and then outside the nice cafes. It’s also worthwhile to visit the botanical gardens.
Blanes has a historical centre, and there is a fantastic wide and long sandy beach. If you go for a little bit sight seeing, you will find many small chapels worth visiting. Of course is Blanes famous for its botanical gardens, ‘Mar i Mutra’, designed by the German scientist Faust. Traditional are the markets (in Blanes and Tordera) and the international fireworks event.
