Villa Clotilde - Casa Ibicenca is part of a large historical family house that has been divided in 4 different houses. Your privacy is guaranteed.
This beautiful villa is situated in the famous modernist gardens of Santa Clotilde. It is located directly on the sea and the views are spectacular. The villa is very nicely decorated with typical antique spanish touches.
There is no private pool however from the garden you have direct access to the beautiful beach in the bay of Fenals.
You will enjoy the quietness, special atmosphere and beautiful views around the villa.
There is a large living room with 2 seating areas with amazing sea view, big dining table and fully equipped kitchen.
The master bedroom is a suite with walk in closet, bathroom (bath tub) and separate toilet. 2 more double bedrooms with each its own bathroom en-suite and 2 triple bedrooms with bathroom en-suite.
The terrace has a dining table and a sitting corner with teak furniture, as well as the private stairway that leads directly to the Fenals beach.
There are strict rules for privacy and tranquility on this domain, families of maximum 10 persons will be accepted.
The beach is at the end of the garden.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
The Costa Brava (rough coast) starts in Blanes and runs up north to the French border. The villa is located in the famous gardens of Santa Clotilde, with spectacular views over the Mediterranean. From the villa you can walk directly to the beautiful beach of Fenals.
The Lloret de Mar / Santa Clotilde area
Located between Barcelona and Girona there are countless museums, attractions, markets, beaches at your disposal. Blanes disposes of a beautiful sand beach with a really nice boulevard with outdoor cafes and restaurants. It’s also very attractive to walk in the nice harbour. In the shopping labyrinth in the centre you can wander around for hours, while enjoying a nice glass of sangria now and then outside the nice cafes. It’s also worthwhile to visit the botanical gardens. Blanes has a historical centre, and there is a fantastic wide and long sandy beach. If you go for a little bit sight seeing, you will find many small chapels worth visiting. Of course is Blanes famous for its botanical gardens, ‘Mar i Mutra’, designed by the German scientist Faust. Traditional are the markets (in Blanes and Tordera) and the international fireworks event.
