The moment you arrive in villa Mar Blau you will be stunned by the Mediterranean views.
Located in the quiet urbanisation of Canyelles it is decorated with nice touches and sits literally on the Mediterranean Sea with lots of privacy.
The villa has 2 private parking spaces and ample parking space in the dead-end street.
Enjoy the crystal clear blue water from your terrace, balcony or pool! A few steps down from the parking you arrive to the entrance. The villa has a very spacious living room with 2 sitting areas, dining table and 180oC sea view. Large, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, utensils and sea view.
From the living room and kitchen you exit to the terrace with a separate summer kitchen. One level down you'll find the large swimming pool with sun beds and again that amazing view.
The villa has 5 bedrooms, each with its bathroom with bath or shower, and all have direct access to a balcony or terrace and that amazing view of course.
The nice beach and harbor in the bay of Canyelles is a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes by car

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
The villa is 9 km away from the fishing village Tossa de Mar and 2 km away from the city of Lloret de Mar. The coastal village Tossa de Mar is situated in the region of La Selva and surrounded by a majestic landscape. Together with the quiet remoteness of the region this fact makes it even more attractive for tourists to visit this place. The natural surrounding of the city rightly called “flower of the sea” charms us with its original and wild beauty. It is more than worth it to come and visit this place!
The Lloret de Mar area
Lloret de Mar lies at the heart of the Costa Brava and is one of Spain's trendiest resorts. The beach here consists of coarse, golden sand and shingle and shelves steeply into the sea. The beach offers windsurfing and sailing in the summer months. The beautiful seafront promenade is lined with tall palm trees.

Lloret de Mar is located 70 kms north of Barcelona and 45 kms from Girona.
Girona airport, a mayor Ryanair destination is a 30 minute drive. Barcelona airport is 70 minutes.
From Lloret de Mar you can go to Blanes which has a train station with direct links to Barcelona Centre and the airport.
We have arrangements with transfer companies and taxis and are an AVIS car rental agent with very competitive prices.

This is a 5 stars accommodation; we truly appreciated the location, the view, the quietness, the comfort, the space, the cleanliness and the extensiveness of the amenities supplied including your booklet with the highlights and attractions of the area.
We felt right at home. It was a delight to come to after a full day on the road or at the beach or to just laze around on the deck basking in the sunshine and enjoying the incredible views!
