The Mallorca/Majorca region
In Mallorca the climate is always sonny throught out the year with temperatures within 7 and 12 C. throught out the month of Genuary and February and 33 and 37 C. throught out the month of July and August. Mallorca is famouse for its clima and allthought for its beaches and night life. But Mallorca is also traditions, costumes, cultures, gastronomie....
Llombards area
During the summer period (June through September) festivals are been celebreted in the near by villages, where different activities are been organised for adults and children. Every Wednesdays and Saturdays mornings these are market days in Santanyi village, where you can buy different types of fruit, vegetables clothes, complements and a lot of things. And on Sundays there is a bigger market in Felanitx village. The house is located in a peaceful zone where it is easy to locate restaurants, shops and beautiful beaches. The famous beach called "Es Trenc" is located at 20 mins. drive. It's a beautiful beach where there aren't houses. There are other beaches very closed without houses ("es marmols", "punta negre", "es caragol") nad you have to get there by foot from "far cap Salines". Distance from the house to: Cala Llombards: 5 km Santanyi: 5 km Cala S'Almonia: 6 km Far Cap Salines: 10 km Felanitx: 25 km
